Pet friendly; Pet fee $200. Pets are not allowed in the fence pool area, nor public beach. There is a doggy beach approx. 1.5 MI East of home.
Walking Distance to shops & restaurants. Pensacola Beach Gulf front home is full of beautiful details and amenities. Breathtaking views from the beachfront balconies. One balcony spreads across the width of the home and is furnished with tables and chairs. In addition there is a loft balcony that also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico w/lounger for your enjoyment. Home supports entertaining large families/groups with ease. Four bedrooms/three baths setup to sleep 12 at maximum capacity.
The 'Four de Leigh' is a family-owned beach house. The owners are natives of Louisiana--Fleur de Lis nation. They have frequented Pensacola Beach for many years and purchased a beach house to make memories with their families and friends and to share with guests the same. The home is a tasteful mix of southern class, fleur de lis and coastal beach living. A beautiful location for Weddings. The 'Four de Leigh's name was established to represent the owners' four daughters all of which bare the middle name 'Leigh'.

The view is amazing from the house. The pool was warm and the house was perfect for me and my family of 7! There is plenty of room and everything you need right there. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and anything else you could think of at the house, so you need to pack. You can walk to nearby shops. We had a wonderful time.

The location was great. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants. The beach was soft and nice. The amenities were so appreciated. If you fly to Pensacola this is the house to stay at. They have beach chairs, towels, and toys for the beach. The house had all the items you would need - soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, etc. Very well equipped for cooking dinner as a family.

Very clean and VERY well stocked. It is apparent this is someone's home and they take good care of it, unlike some of the rentals owned by corporations. We absolutely loved our visit, and are looking forward to booking again there soon!

Great family vacation!

This is a great property right on the beach. Itā€™s a perfect spot for families with kids- there are beach toys, cribs, high chair. They have everything you need for cooking.

This property was great! Traveling with 3 children ranging from 8 weeks to 4 years old presents unique challenges. This property provided fun for parents and children. The in pool water deck was fantastic. The covered porch and ocean views made our week relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for a completely stocked beach house. Return Visit to Four de Leigh

Our extended family just returned from another annual visit to P'cola Beach and we returned for the 3rd year to Four de Leigh. It is a wonderfully maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen and nice linens. The available beach chairs & floats make it ready for fun! Thanks to the Meyer family and Andrea for making everything such a pleasure to return.

Paradise found!

What a lovely home on the beach. We have traveled to PCola Beach many times and this home was by far the best. Felt like we where at home. Linens, towels and everything in a kitchen you could ask for. We have already booked for 2013. Thank you for making great memories for the Lane family from Texas!!

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. Loved being walking distance from beach. Not a lot of people on the beach this time of year, so we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location of house and the concreted parking area. Didnā€™t use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Had an overall great stay.

We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and Andrea was very pleasant and accommodating. The beach was awesome, I only wish we could have controlled the wind as it was brutal at times. Mother Nature had other plans, but we did get several days without the winds and lots of sun.

Great location for a family getaway

Spent 1 week with family at this property. Location is fantastic with steps to the beach. Home is well appointed with everything from beach toys, beach towels, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. The property owner was prompt to respond to the few requests we had. We loved how quiet and secluded it felt. The cleanliness of the property had a lot to be desired. Iā€™d recommend a cleaning service coming in to do a deep clean and also a thorough walk through for repairs such as the downstairs bathroom vents not working and unusable ice machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for taking time to review the property. We take reviews seriously and take action to repair/replace/clean when issues are reported. You mentioned cleanliness; it would be very helpful to describe what needed deep cleaning if there were dirty items other than the bath vents. The home is cleaned/organized for every reservation; however, every clean doesn't get "deep" clean. After inspecting the bath vents we found 1 of the 2 bath vents inoperable. Both bath vent covers were dirty. We replaced the inoperable one, cleaned & painted the other; so much better šŸŒŸ Thank You for reporting. The ice machine was inoperable this season due to unavailable parts. We had removed this amenity from the website so as not to disappoint guests. The fridge/freezer appliance icemaker was operable and provided ice. The under counter ice machine is covered under warranty. After nearly 6 months of unproductive service calls for replacing parts (supply chain excuse), the icemaker was replaced. All reported is corrected.

Great property!

My family has been coming to the beach for the past 8 yrs and decided to try Pensacola Beach for the first time. We absolutely loved it and loved the house! It was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. The location is wonderful and we even met some great people from the house next door! My favorite spot was drinking coffee on the patio overlooking the water each day. It was so nice to have beach chairs there and toys for the kids. They especially loved the hammock downstairs. Would definitely recommend this house. Andrea was wonderful to deal with too! We will be back for sure. :)
