Pet friendly; Pet fee $200. Pets are not allowed in the fence pool area, nor public beach. There is a doggy beach approx. 1.5 MI East of home.
Walking Distance to shops & restaurants. Pensacola Beach Gulf front home is full of beautiful details and amenities. Breathtaking views from the beachfront balconies. One balcony spreads across the width of the home and is furnished with tables and chairs. In addition there is a loft balcony that also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico w/lounger for your enjoyment. Home supports entertaining large families/groups with ease. Four bedrooms/three baths setup to sleep 12 at maximum capacity.
The 'Four de Leigh' is a family-owned beach house. The owners are natives of Louisiana--Fleur de Lis nation. They have frequented Pensacola Beach for many years and purchased a beach house to make memories with their families and friends and to share with guests the same. The home is a tasteful mix of southern class, fleur de lis and coastal beach living. A beautiful location for weddings. The 'Four de Leigh's name was established to represent the owners' four daughters all of which bare the middle name 'Leigh'.

The house is lovely and well stocked to begin your vacation. Its location to the Gulf of America is great. The pool was wonderful for the whole family. Everything you need for the pool and beach is provided. One master bedroom king mattress has been well used therefore you sink into it. Our only real issue was slip and falls when the outside plastic stair steps were wet. The host was to address this with anti slip treads.

The view is amazing from the house. The pool was warm and the house was perfect for me and my family of 7! There is plenty of room and everything you need right there. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and anything else you could think of at the house, so you need to pack. You can walk to nearby shops. We had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation!

This is a great property right on the beach. It’s a perfect spot for families with kids- there are beach toys, cribs, high chair. They have everything you need for cooking.

Wonderful Location

The setting is beautiful. The house was very clean. Even though the weather was a little chilly, the heated pool was perfect! We had a wonderful during our stay here as always!

Beautiful house, well equipped for children, great beach, excellent property manager. Only suggestion is to vacuum under chair and couch cushions better and to get the dust/sand under couches (we had crawling babies) but would stay here again. Awesome pool top

Very clean and VERY well stocked. It is apparent this is someone's home and they take good care of it, unlike some of the rentals owned by corporations. We absolutely loved our visit, and are looking forward to booking again there soon!

The location was great. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants. The beach was soft and nice. The amenities were so appreciated. If you fly to Pensacola this is the house to stay at. They have beach chairs, towels, and toys for the beach. The house had all the items you would need - soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, etc. Very well equipped for cooking dinner as a family.

Return Visit to Four de Leigh

Our extended family just returned from another annual visit to P'cola Beach and we returned for the 3rd year to Four de Leigh. It is a wonderfully maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen and nice linens. The available beach chairs & floats make it ready for fun! Thanks to the Meyer family and Andrea for making everything such a pleasure to return.

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. Loved being walking distance from beach. Not a lot of people on the beach this time of year, so we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location of house and the concreted parking area. Didn’t use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Had an overall great stay.

This property was great! Traveling with 3 children ranging from 8 weeks to 4 years old presents unique challenges. This property provided fun for parents and children. The in pool water deck was fantastic. The covered porch and ocean views made our week relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for a completely stocked beach house. From beach chairs to rocking chairs and everything in between. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
