It is NOT a loft and there are only 2 units at Playa del Sol with this layout. 2 bathrooms- ensuite bath plus bath connected to the 2nd bedroom and common area. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony access off queen bedroom and living room. Sleeps 4 adults plus small child or small adult in the den. MAY TO OCTOBER ONLY amenities- Pool with pool deck, lounge chairs, courtyard with bbq area, hot tub. Gym and steam room- available all year. Beach across the street. Safe indoor parkade (6'11" height restriction)

We had a great stay at this condo. Beautiful view, great location and easy access to all that Kelowna has to offer. The beds were comfy, the condo was quiet (a bit of street noise but very quiet after 10pm) and the complex amenities were perfect (the attached coffee shop was great). We'd definitely stay here again.
Stayed for 3 days for a quick golf getaway with friends. Great location, all the necessary amenities one would need. The instructions for everything were very succinct, from check in to check out and accessing facilities. Will definitely come backHost is also very responsive and attentive
This unit was a joy to stay at, our family was amazed when they walked thru the door. It happened to be right in the middle of all the schools where our daughters games were played. Thank you for this rental.
We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation. I guess the only issue we had was the cleanliness, the light above the bed had a bunch of cobwebs hanging around the light. The chest of drawers in guest bedroom was not wiped off and was dusty and dirty, the closet had some drywall missing and you could see all the pipes.This is not a negative comment i just wanted you to be aware for next guests. Thank you for your accommodation we had a great time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I ask all the guests to let me know at beginning of stay of any deficiencies so they can be taken care of immediately. I wish this would have been brought to my attention sooner instead of leaving a 4 star review. It is a big apartment and a dust web on a high fixture and some dust on one piece of furniture is a bit harsh to deduct 1 star for. We take pride in cleanliness but things can get missed in between guests. Why not mention I allowed you into the apartment at noon, how the location is, how the apartment is, how the deck is? The drywall is not missing. I sent you a message at beginning of your stay about the cover being taken off for plumber so he can get access to the shut off valve. We could have easily put that back on if it was an issue. I encourage all my past and future guests to communicate with me instead of not being fully satisfied and leaving comments like this afterwards. I am available and more then willing to take care of everything. This could have been a private message that I address right away. It does not need to be a public (and partially misleading) review. 4 star review is a negative review and we strive for 5 stars as much as possible. All future guests, please communicate and ask for what you need.
Property was great location for easy access to restaurants, the lake and the MNP center. The owner left amenities like coffee pods, soap, tissues, etc all of which I appreciated for our 4 days.The unit does face into a road which was busier than I anticipated it would be starting at 6am. Instructions for the condo and contact with owners were accessible. The listing said pool opens “early May” and it doesn’t typically open until May long weekend. H2O Center is next to MNP and is a great spot to take the kids. Quick trip from this location. Would happily stay again

Thank you for being great guests. The pool opens the latest May long weekend every year. Sometimes sooner, depending on weather. This May, we had temps of 15c so pool opened later. This decision is made at strata level so I can not predict it. Cook Rd is a side road so less busy then Lakeshore Rd but there is normal road traffic during day as there would be with any road in a city
