The location of this condo is just a few steps to the fabulous "Island Club" which features the main pool, and the "Tiki Bar" that serves cocktails and food. The community offers: swimming pools, 12 tennis courts, fitness center, Pay as you play Championship Golf Course, and main Clubhouse. Lexington Country Club is a great location: just 20 minutes from the new Southwest Florida Airport, Within minutes from several beaches, entertainment, and shopping. Better than ever! This unit was completely renovated and upgraded in 2023, including new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, new tile flooring throughout, new vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms, new tile in both showers/tubs, new lighting and new carpeting in all of the bedrooms. I loved this condo all remodeled and very clean the location was perfect close to pool , community building and tennis court's, parking was close to condo, the 2nd bedroom had a pull out couch I would of preferred a full size bed or 2 twins, but other than that it was perfect I have rented this same unit for next year. Host was extremely responsive. The condo was just perfect! Updated, had everything we needed, prime location with access to all amenities and very short drive to both Ft. Myers and Sanibel. Given everything there is to do, we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but appreciated the attention to detail that was given with all the recent updates. It was tough to leave but we will be back! One of THE BEST VRBO experiences yet.

Awesome stay for the month of March!!!

This first Floor Unit in Gated community was completely renovated and upgraded in 2023, including new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, new tile flooring throughout, new vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms, new tile in both showers/tubs, new lighting and new carpeting in all of the bedrooms…and has a lot of amenities! The location of this condo is just a few steps to the fabulous "Island Club" which features the main pool, and the "Tiki Bar" that serves cocktails and food. We enjoyed walking around the lake (about a mile) which is directly behind the condo. There were beautiful sunsets and water view from the lanai! I would highly recommend this place. Owner was very easy to work with, especially since we had to adjust our stay dates a few times due to the timing of renovations.

Wonderful!

I stayed here with my mom, son, and 2 small dogs while our house was being built. Such a lovely location. Very peaceful but had a lot of amenities. Beautiful sunsets and water view from lanai! I would highly recommend this place. Owner was also very easy to work with, especially since we had to extend our stay a few times due to building delays. Great place!

Fabulous Vacation Spot!

We had a Fabulous vacation month in Florida at this Great Condo and Complex with all the Amenities you want!! Large and well maintained Condo that was Clean and had everything you need. Awesome 1st Floor Lanai and view of the Lagoon in a convenient spot near the Pool & Tiki Hut. Owner was quick to respond and always available. Also provided access to storage with Beach chairs, Umbrella & cooler if Beaching it! We could not have asked for a more Fantastic vacation spot! We highly recommend this Condo and hope to visit again in 2022. Thanks D&K

Not a clean experience needs much updates.

Carpet is in very poor condition and has bad odor.In our thoughts it is time to update this property.The lani needs new flooring power wash and refinish.Bugs come in at will holes by the door and door does not good at all. Living room furniture needs replacing. Pot and pan and kettles are very beat up.Tv in master bedroom needs replacing. Will Not stay there again moving to a updated and nicer place.Thank you.

I am sorry to hear they did not enjoy their stay in our home this year. They were returning renters from the year before and had always communicated with me in a very positive way throughout the year. They had previously rented the same month in 2019, so they were familiar with our home and could not wait to get back. During their stay in 2020, they didn’t mention anything to me about problems or concerns other than a toilet seat repair. My wife and I have already budgeted for doing a few upgrades for next year, including a new sofa, new king size master bed, new carpet throughout, repainting the lanai and new master bedroom TV, prior to October 1, 2020. These upgrades are now complete. There are two additional factors that may have impacted their review. The first is that the entire complex was shut down for COVID-19 and they could not enjoy the amenities like they did in 2019. The other situation was that in February 2020, I had already rented our home to new renters for 5 months in 2021 instead of a one month rental from them, which was solely a business decision. It is unfortunate they did not call me about any concerns they may have had during their stay as we may have been able to address some of the items sooner. My wife and I take pride in our home and do upgrades each year as needed. We have been renting our condo for 15 years and have had many happy and returning renters. I have references upon requests.

The condo is perfectly situated next to the pool, Tiki Bar and workout facility. It has a great view from the lanai where you can walk right out to a large pond. Lexington is beautifully landscaped gated community with a a great golf course available to guests. The condo is roomy and clean but could use some updates. The landlord is easy to work with and fairly accommodating.

Great location with lots to experience

This was our first time staying at Lexington Country Club. The community is extremely nice. It is well-manicured and very beautiful. We had a few issues, though. It was immediately obvious that our unit had been solely used as a rental. Upon arrival, we found that it had not been cleaned after the prior guests had left. Although the owner sent the housekeepers over immediately, we had to find a place to be for another few hours after just driving 20 hours to get there. Once in our condo, we found that the unit had only been surface cleaned and was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The dishwasher was full of dishes, and the washer and dryer contained the linens from the beds. Drawers were off the track. We spent the next day wiping down the couch that had pieces of sucker stuck to the cushions, as well as other unidentified items. We took the comforters to the laundromat to be cleaned as they were filthy. Dog hair was under the beds, in the sliding door tracks, and on the porch. The extra bedroom smelled like the dog had an accident in the room somewhere. The handle was broken off both the refrigerator and the back screen door. The rugs and carpeting were all stained, and there were ants all over the kitchen counters. We cleaned the larger stains off of the carpeting, and bought spray for the ants. The owner did send a gift certificate for dinner for our troubles, which was very nice. But the reality is that this unit needs to be completely updated as everything is still original from 25 years ago. After we were done cleaning, the unit ended up being a great condo. It was directly across from the pool and the tiki bar which we used every day. There were plenty of lounges for everyone, even at the busiest times. There were daily exercise classes that we attended for free, and on Mondays the Tiki bar had live music. The bar was excellent. We were directly on the pond with a sidewalk, which was a great place to take a walk. The residents are very active and friendly. We would definitely go back to Lexington Country Club again.

This was an unfortunate event of circumstances, which lead to a bad first impression for this renter. There was a miscommunication from the prior renter as to when they were leaving their stay and when the cleaning lady was to arrive. Unfortunately, the condo was not cleaned when they arrived following their long journey. Once I knew what happened, the cleaning lady was there within the hour. I can understand that after a long drive, you are tired would like to just relax and enjoy yourself. Because of this situation with the cleaning person, she was unable relax when she arrived. This has never happened before and never will happen again. Everything is normally on a tight schedule and everything clean upon arrival. We have had multiple repeat renters and we have never had a problem and we have become friends. In fact, I have had six repeat renters over the years that loved it so much that they ended up purchasing a unit in Lexington. If anybody would like a reference from one of these renters, I can arrange a call with them. They are now full time residents and love it at Lexington. Our condo (as this person referenced) is in one of the best locations in Lexington as it is just one building away from the main pool, Tiki bar and fitness center. My wife and I take a lot of pride in our condo and we love it very much when we stay there. Our condo is not just a rental property. It is going to be, in the near future, a place where we retire from seasonally cold Philadelphia. I am also a Realtor and understand what is required and necessary for an extremely comfortable stay. Convenient to everything

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's situated directly across from the club pool and tiki bar so it served our needs well as well as our kids and grandkids. Plus, the Lexington community is emmaculatly maintained. We would recommend this to anyone.

September at Lexington

My wife and I had a great time. The condo is in a beautiful setting that is convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We played a lot of golf at very affordable rates this time of year. Lexington is a beautiful community with very friendly residents and staff. The pool and Tiki bar are exceptional.
