Spacious second floor corner condo unit in The Forest Country Club community. This 2 bedroom home plus den features a peaceful lanai with views of The Bear 13th tee and gorgeous sunsets. The unit features a large bright living space with vaulted ceilings, a master bedroom with large closet & ensuite, a second bedroom your guests will love with walk in closet, and private den with pull-out couch.

There is a community pool nearby.

Wide sidewalks are great for biking, walking, and running. There is an optional Discovery Package which includes golf, tennis, bocce ball, fitness facilities, and country club amenities for $2,000 per month. Without this package, you will only have access to the community outdoor pool.

Includes carport parking, Wi-Fi, three large TV's, and laundry.

Perfect seasonal stay

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful condo. The place was large with cathedral ceilings. It was immaculately clean, and provided all the things you need for a stay of any length. The owner was wonderful! Provided all instructions for a comfortable stay and was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to any questions. Beautiful, secure neighborhood with great landscaping. You will be thrilled if you rent this condo.

Spacious condo

Communication with Rick was outstanding and actually one of the best we've had. The condo was one of the most spacious we've stayed in. Coming home after work and just sitting on the lani under the afternoon sun and watching the late afternoon golfers was perfect! We've been displaced from our home since IAN, hopefully not too much longer, but if we were to need to stay somewhere again without hesitation we'd stay at Rick's place again.

This condo was clean and very spacious for 4 people. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, which was large with a beautiful view, overlooking a pond with a fountain. Very relaxing! When we had questions or concerns, Rick and Banu, the owners, communicated back to us very quickly. The Forest community was quiet and we felt very safe. I can't say enough great things about this condo. We have rented several VRBO condos over the years, and this was our best experience by far.
