Prescott Country Club Condo on Golfcourse

Cozy condo overlooking the Prescott Country Club Golf Course sleeps up to 4 persons. NEW CARPET installed Dec 2025. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, living room with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golf course, patio with gas grill, chairs, bistro set (watch the golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is above.

We provide a non-smoking environment. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the unit. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only.

Small dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome with an additional $200 fee. If not charged at time of booking, an additional fee charge request will be sent. Please also note; pets should not be left unattended. We ask that our guests let us know at time of booking if there is a pet staying with them.

**We strongly encourage our guests to purchase traveler’s insurance for your stay.

cute little Condo perfect for two. We had dinner at the Golf Country Club. Good food. We watched the wild life out the back. Plenty of people playing golf. Wished the weather was warmer.

The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, etc. .. Looking out on the golf course and seeing the fellows mowing early in the morning...followed by the golfers was fun for us. We spent most of our time with our daughter and her family during the day, coming back to a quiet place was nice and relaxing!

Great property. Definitely woyld stay again. Perfect for "homey" feeling when not at home. I arrived alone late at night and it was pretty dark at the back of the house. I would recommend a motion light.

Nice spot in quiet residential area in the Prescott Valley.

Prescott golf club

Arlys and I had a great time. We are avid golfers and enjoyed playing the course. We have been spending a couple of months every year in the Prescott area love the cooler temps. Great hiking all so.

Comfortable condo on the golf course

This was a very relaxing place to stay. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the comfort of his chair on the patio. It was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed looking at he scenery from the dining table every afternoon.
