Located directly on Old Orchard Beach, and adjacent to The Pier, enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony of this spacious condo. The facilites in the building include Indoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna, and much more. The Grand Victorian is right on beach, in the center of everything that happens in OOB. It is walking distance from restaurants, shops, amusement park, and OOB Pier. Grand Victorian...Fun, fun, fun

Family vacation. Lovely condo and owner great to work with. Sitting on the balcony sipping coffee was the best to start your day. Check in and out went very easily. We loved it.

OOB 2023 Vacation

The condo location was great, the furnishings were okay, but the cleanliness when we moved in was lacking. We found used bath towels hanging up behind doors, refrigerator shelves needed to be cleaned, microwave inside was not clean, and both couches were very dirty underneath the cushions.

Great stay

Property was perfect for us - great location, across from the arcade with walk on access to the beach. Small but clean indoor pool (5’ deep). The place was clean and balcony had good seating. AC worked great and nice to have two full bathrooms and a washer dryer. Several things could be a little better - 1) king bedroom the blinds were all broken and there were no drapes. A bit of a drag having light shine through. We also had to purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning stuff, hand and dish soap, paper towels, etc. they just seemed to “supply” whatever other guests left. Given the nightly rate, we would have expected to not have to purchase those things. That was the only minor item but it was a great place and we hope to go back!!

Perfect family vacation

We had three generations here for a week. My two adult children with spouses and children were well accommodated. The condo was spacious enough that we weren't crowded or forced to spend every minute together, but had all the amenities to enjoy family meals and movies together when we wanted to. The view over the amusement park was so much fun for people-watching, and the perfect spot for viewing the Thursday night fireworks. Access to the beach was easy, and the beach was clean with plenty of space. Grocery store is a 1/2 mile walk, drug store even closer with all the expected beach shops and restaurants in between. I can't find a single negative thing to say about our stay.

Great property, Great loacation

We stayed for a week in August 2022 with 3 families - kids 2,4, and 6. Location was great. We had plenty of room. Loved the property and would recommend. Could hear some noise from outside during busy days on the weekend but soundproofing in the unit is very impressive.

The Ultimate People watching location in Old Orchard Beach.

We love it there. Large space, close to EVERYTHING. a couple of great bars/food in the same square. Bills Pizza around the corner. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck, people watching and listening to the live guitar music at “Mystic” down the street. Parking was easy and all of the staff there was great ! 5+ Stars!!!

Home Away from Home with A Wonderful View

This property was everything we needed! It had 3 huge bedrooms, 2 full baths , open concept kitchen/dining and living room. A balcony from living room and one bedroom where you could sit/relax and look out at the Ocean/Pier but also the Amusement/Arcade area. We had a wedding in Portland for part of our stay and it was a quick 30 minutes away. So convenient. What we really enjoyed was the fact that We really never had to leave OOB as Everything was right there! Amazing unit, indoor pool if rainy day, Beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and Pier/Park. You never have to Drive unless you wanted too! There was Something for Every Age Group! We will definitely book again for next summer. Our host and her daughter were very nice to work with and answered any questions. We would highly recommend ! Thank you! Cheryl

Great location

This unit was a great spot overlooking palace Playland. Check in process and dealing with the owner was seemless. Only negative was the unit could've used a little more attention to cleaning. We chalked it up to the shortage of people working and the crew was probably rushed to get all units ready. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful Unit!

The location is FABULOUS!!!!! The unit was immaculate & well thought out. We had 3 couples and a 6 yr old, and it was perfect. Yes, there are train horns, and fireworks ( which are AMAZING on 7/4 to watch thousands of people from the convenience of your balcony!!) and there is no control over the motorcycles, and the public works clean up every morning, but the beach is RIGHT THERE - -the arcade & rides are RIGHT THERE - -the summer food and shops are RIGHT THERE!!! Overall - -a GREAT spot for an extended family vacation!

Clean and roomy space

This unit was kept very clean and is very spacious. Our stay included 4 adults and 4 kids all under the age of 11. There was plenty of room so we never felt crowded, and lots of room to cook and sit for meals. The bedroom pictures on the website make the rooms look dingy, but that really isn't the case. The rooms were nice, modern and the mattresses very comfortable. I recommend this unit. The only unpleasant part is the local train that comes through often and early in the AM. Otherwise, the location to the clean and family-oriented beach is right outside the building. Overall a very nice unit.

The rugs are so dirty they turned the bottom of my brand new slippers black. There was a diaper under one of the beds. Thank goodness it was clean. The place itself was wonderful. I left it almost as clean as when I got there. To charge that much it should be updated & cleaned better.

Family Vacation

This condo was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. She responded to my every email in a timely fashion and answered any questions I had. The condo was right there in the center of Old Orchard Beach. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bar and shopping! Really enjoyed Myst on the ground floor of the condo. Great food and drinks. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
