Harbor Cove Condo, Harbor Springs

Beautiful, all seasons, 1700 square foot, Harbor Springs condominium. Harbor Cove Complex is located on Little Traverse Bay right between downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. All owners and renters have access to a gorgeous one mile private beach and beach house. Complex contains both a brand new indoor pool and hot tub with pool house as well as a heated outdoor swimming pool. The property contains hiking trails that back up to a large nature preserve. Harbor Cove is located on a biking trail that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. The complex offers tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a small play structure for children. Harbor Cove is a short four mile drive from Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands ski resorts.

Master bedroom/bathroom has been newly refinished with new log king-size bedroom set and contains a fireplace and TV. Three bedrooms on second floor with two sets of bunk beds in one room and two full beds in the another room. Additional room with a full sized bed and dresser. Large spacious open living with stone fireplace that opens up to a deck with outdoor seating and table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Renters will have use of 6 beach chairs, an umbrella as well as sand toys.

Great location for ski trip

The place was nice and spacious, had plenty of space for 8 adults. It was a great location for a ski trip to Nub’s nob and boyne highland. Would definitely stay again!

Harbor Cove

This condo in Harbor Cove is an excellent place to stay. The condo was clean and had everything you needed for a vacation get-away. The new indoor swimming pool and club house is really nice, and the outdoor swimming pool looks great (not open because they were finishing installing the outside railing), as well. The private sand beach was clean and also has a new club house. We are look forward to renting this place again.

Nice rental in the harbor springs area.

Outdoor pool is a short walk. Beach is a bit longer walk but easy enough to drive to if you have a lot of stuff to haul there. Water is clear and beach is nice but bring water shoes as there are rocky areas in the water. Nice community beach house on beach . Condo is spacious and well stocked. Quiet and peaceful. Grilling is a challenge. Only a few charcoal grills scattered thru. Gas one or two at pool area. Couple old bitties tried to kick us out of pool saying it was Adult Swim Hour which was b.s. neighbor was friendly. We will be back.

Wonderful stay!

Great stay at this property in Harbor Cove. Clean, well maintained condo. Beach chairs and umbrella that came with unit were awesome and very much needed. Recommend this unit for large families or groups! My only small critique is that there is only one master bedroom with larger bed (first floor). So if you have another adult couple sleeping upstairs - it is not a super comfortable bed (small and not much support) for sleeping 2 adults in same bed (full size bed and only ikea mattress top). But hey - you are on vacation and it is lake life - so not really a big deal. But just FYI. We loved this unit overall!

Great location!

We've stayed here twice and you can't beat the location. The condo sleeps a lot of people and having multiple bathrooms is great. One of the queen beds upstairs really needs a new mattress, it's basically a box spring with a foam pad. We were bummed the indoor pool was gone. Everything else was good.

Big enough, room enough for all, liked the back deck, fireplace however TV instructions would have been helpful (actually necessary), fry pans should be replaced, towels need improvement (rather threadbare and/or frayed). Cleaning people should step up their game as coffee grounds were found in the coffee maker, prescription pills were found in a pill dispenser in the bedroom drawer, mold around the seal of the dishwasher. Loved the seclusion and quiet, easy access to destinations. We would certainly consider another visit.

Great location!

Location is fantastic. Walkable to the private beach. Easy drive to downtown Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Petoskey. Condo is big and comfortable.

Great Memories made on Memorial Day weekend

Stephanie was great to work with from the beginning…the place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children…we were in town for a family wedding- spent a lot of time playing games on the big coffee table! As our best luck would have it- the Memorial Day weather in northern Michigan turned out fantastic and we even spent time in the newly opened heated swimming pool! Great time had by all.

Feels like home

This is our second stay at this condo for our annual family and friend ski trip. The condo is a bit dated but everything works as it should and is comfortable for a group of 8 teens and and adults staying together. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable! We appreciate the firewood and opportunity to enjoy time together in the evening with a fire in the fireplace.

Ski weekend stay

Property was clean but dated. Cookware overused (pots and pans). Wide variety of kitchenware, appliances made our stay convenient (even had variety of spices we could use if needed). Wood fireplace, king bed in main bedroom, were big pluses. Very comfortable.

Great location

The location is great! Close to Harbor Springs. Private beach and both indoor and outdoor pool great for family fun. One bed in unit did not have box spring. Just mattress on frame, very uncomfortable. Carpet needed cleaning in living room and master bedroom. Deck furniture weathered and splintered unable to use. Large dining area table was great for our group.

Short Easter Getaway

My family of 4 plus a friends family of 4 all fit comfortably! The fireplace was wonderful since it was still a bit chilly. We were able to walk to the beach which was beautiful. The only issue we had was that the indoor pool was not open during our stay. Owners did communicate this to me a few days in advance however.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Adequate space for me and my family (4 adults, 3 kids). Location was great. Close to skiing, parks, and Lake Michigan (just a walk down the road)! The pool, hot tub, and playground were thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location, clean space

Pros-Great location for skiing with lots of local restaurants to choose from. Comfortable space for six adults with room to spare. Nice fireplace and TV Cons-I am not used to the sounds of a boiler and baseboard heat system so that kept me awake at times. The pans available to use are quite grimy. Space hasn’t been updated much but that didn’t bother our comfort level! Overall would use again!
