This beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bath with accommodation for 6 and private swimming pool and dock, Youโ€™re sure to experience the best of outdoor living here! Get used to spending your vacation days lounging by the alluring screened swimming pool or fishing on the private dock. Even on the balmiest of days, refreshing breezes from the fresh water canal keep you cool as you relax on the specious lanai, complete with patio furniture. You will love how the exteriors flows with the bright and airy interior. Sliders from the dinning room , as well as sliders from master bedroom kitchen and door from guest bathroom open onto the lanai, allowing you to easily access the outdoor space. After a day of exploring beaches adventures, whip up tapas and cocktails in the fully equipped brand new kitchen just remodeled May 2020, complete with all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools. For a relaxing evening indoors, lounge on living room couch, while you watch movies on the brand New 55inch flat screen smart TV and 32 inch TV with local Channels and DVD player in the master bedroom or surf the web via wireless internet for entertainment. All the other amenities you need in your ultimate home - away -from -home are here, including air conditioning and in - unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs..

Our first time staying on a property located on a water canal. The home has a large open area which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sliding glass doors open almost the length of the living room/dining area onto a covered sitting area and pool making the space very open with a clear view of the canal. If youโ€™re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is the place for you. Communication with our host was smooth.

My sister and I truly enjoyed this home. Cape coral is centrally located to all the beaches. Along the gulf, we didn't have to eat out every meal because it had a kitchen. The pool was heated during the day. The plus was having a covered lanai.Owner was responsive.Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Beautiful home inside and out. The pool was very refreshing unlike motels n hotels you're able to enjoy after hours. Along with the personal dock on the canal.. The resident neighbor were very nice. My mother enjoyed the pool my father enjoyed fishing on the canal.

Comfortable pool home on canal

This property is nicely situated on a quiet canal in the older section of Cape Coral, with easy access to Ft Myers The house is comfortable with nicely updated bathrooms and three bedrooms The pool area overlooking the canal is particularly pretty and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.
