Views of Darwin Harbor

Hello we are located in Darwin Waterfront Wharf 2 complex. Our unit is on the top floor of our side so we have nobody above our unit. We overlook Darwin Harbour and Cruise ship Terminal. We are located on the waterfront with great views of the harbour. We are two bedrooms one bedroom a king bed and two single beds and a double sofa in the lounge area. We have table seating for 6 and a outdoor table and bbq on the balcony. There is no smoking inside of units but can be done on balcony as long as sliding door closed to keep smoke out of unit otherwise a charge will be had. We are in Quayside wharf 2 building. We have a underground carspace in locked carpark and safe secure entrance with fob needed for entry and lift purposes. We have ducted cooling thru roof and ceiling fans also in bedrooms and lounge. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience and a well stocked kitchen area. Our main bathroom is a bath with a shower above and toilet area and then their is a separate toilet opposite bathroom area. We have all linnen supplied. If you walk around waterfront area you will find resturants and pubs , 7/eleven shop,ice cream shop , we have a pool facilitiy to use or else their is a wave pool at a cost to use and a safe beach area at waterfront which is free. Also a free shuttle service going around waterfront its approx 15 mins into Darwin town walking. Or else you can just enjoy the lovely park areas all around the waterfront and playground area with many events often in the grounds. The convention centre is a short walk away as is stokes wharf for fishing along. I think you`ll find Darwins best kept secret in this area as its safe and relaxing grounds. We also have free wifi.

A wonderful Waterfront stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as it was a great size, well maintained, excellently equipped and had fabulous access to the Waterfront restaurants and lagoon activities. CBD also only a short walk using the overpass bridge. Our host was lovely to deal with and provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend :)

Darwin stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment. Great location and we made good use of the pool. Katrina was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Hopefully we can come again and escape the cold.

Darwin Holiday

Property was very good in a great location. Checking in was easy without any complications but the security should be checked as the letterbox containing the keys was not secured when we arrived. Also took us some time to actually find the property from the instructions given. Instead of Quayside 2 building it is actually Building 7, Waterfront 2. Small detail but for first time users a big help. We were looking for Building 2. Also the Free WI-FI was very limited. After 2 days the system was off the air and we had to use our own 4G mobile network. Looks as if the unit does not have unlimited WI-FI. Other than that we enjoyed our experience in Darwin and found it a great location. Peter Morynko

Hello I like going out and enjoying the sunshine. Walks along the beach . Spending time with my family. Catch up with friends for some good times. Doing abit of croc spotting, fishing and getting out in this great country we have here and explore all area`s.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property when we were up here on holidays. We fell in love with the waterfront area and what they have acheived here. Its also close enough for us to hook our camper on and go out exploring. We look forward to one day being able to spend alot more time up here in retirement.

What makes this property unique

The reason we bought this unit is its views first and formost. Then being on the top floor on our side we knew we had nobody above us . The location is excellent its safe and secure and just has amazing green areas and little beach area around it with a pool and walking distance to town and of course many resturants down at the waterfront. We love just sitting on the balcony having a drink watching the sun go down. I also like watching all the boats come and go in the harbour.
