Great Vacation!

The Pinnacle Port condo with an amazing view was perfect for me and my daughter. Phillip was a great host and was very proactive in making sure everything was to our liking.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at this property- we love it so much! Phil is great to work with! The cleanliness, the area, & the view from the balcony are a few of my favorite things about staying here. We will definitely be back again.

Love this location and property. The view from the condo is amazing. The owner was so kind and accommodating. He got us early check in which we immensely appreciated. The condo was the perfect size for us. We will definitely be back!!

Pinnacle port is great! Location and amenities are awesome. What I learned from this specific room: BRING YOUR OWN BOX FAN, BRING ENOUGH CLOTHES TO LAST YOUR WHOLE STAY, & BE PREPARED TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN ICE—don’t rely on the washer and dryer, they don’t work correctly. You have to manually move the knob to the next cycle on the washing machine. Also my clothes soured and had to be rewashed elsewhere because they just wouldn’t dry in the dryer. The AC went out for the whole condominium (not my host’s fault) but this condo had no fans or portable AC units…that night was pretty miserable. The oven door is blocked by the fridge, and prevents it from opening all the way, which was pretty odd. The fridge’s ice maker doesn’t work, so don’t plan on using that for drinks or your cooler. We brought all of this to our host’s attention with no offer of compensation or recovery.

Great stay. Welcome relief to hurricane challenges!

Owner is great to work with, condo is well stocked and convenient to several stores. If you want to relax and be in a quiet area, this is the perfect place.

We’ve been vacationing at Pinnacle Port for nearly 40 years and always enjoyed our stay. This year was especially memorable. It was just my wife and I and the condo was perfect for us. Vacation 2025

We travel to Panama City Beach every year for vacation. This year we stayed at Pinnacle Port this year and it was great. The condo was just as pictured and the view of the beach was fabulous . The owner Phil was absolutely a delight speaking with. He made sure to communicate with us on everything. The cleanliness was very good and also had everything you would need away from home. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Most peaceful vacation ever

Me and my husband really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was nice and clean included all the amenities with a nice view. Very relaxing. Host was really attentive. He was always there if we had any questions or concern. Great location near peir park. Near by pharmacy and grocery store. Also enjoyed a new pirate 4 course dinner show. We are already looking forward to coming back and have already recommended this place to our family and friends.

Fantastic view

This property has the best view we have had. Condo is clean and well supplied. The balcony has a bar height table and chairs? Which is perfect for coffee and dolphin watching. Thanks Phil, for n awesome vacation.

We enjoyed our week here and hope to be back soon! Phillip was very helpful ahead of time, answered texts quickly, and followed up after the trip to make sure we had a good experience and made it back home. It was great to find a place that was not in the middle of the PCB crowds but that was still near enough to get there pretty quickly.

Great Family Facility

Stayed a Pinnacle Port for years. Gated security away from some of the crowded beaches. Great family environment with activities for all the family such as fishing, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball half court, and the beach is only 50 yards from the elevator. Also love the grills. Stay in the B and C buildings if you can.Phillip is an outstanding host if you need a one bedroom condo. Have stayed in two and three bedrooms in previous years with family.

Great Condo, Resort, and Location

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great views from both sides: ocean view from the balcony and view of Lake Powell from the front door. The resort is gated and we felt safe walking and biking at night around the resort and the Carillon community. We walked from the condo to the Carillon General Store to rent bikes; their prices are reasonable. The condo is beachfront and so convenient, steps to the beach. The location is perfect: tucked away from the hustling and bustling but close proximity to fine dining and shopping from Inlet Beach to Seaside, as well as the East side of PCB. We will be back for sure. BTW, Phillip the owner was very nice and responsive our needs. Thank you, Phillip!!

Needs refreshing- furniture dirty, tub/shower stained, rug in living room disgustingly dirty. Also, no western view from balcony so no sunset views
