My two teenage daughters and I loved our stay in this cozy studio apartment. It had everything we needed as a base of operations for a beach vacation. It was scrupulously clean, safe, well-lit and with a well-appointed modern kitchen. AC more than adequate despite July heat. The wifi worked well and we enjoyed the array of live Roku channels on rainy days! For those who may not be familiar with OIB, the apt is not on the island itself but is SO close to the causeway. It was a perfect balance of price and location for us.There is really only one drawback, which is that the walls (and ceiling) are a bit thin. I always travel with earplugs so it didn’t really bother me, but we could hear the folks upstairs pretty clearly.Overall, we got great value for our money and had a fantastic vacation. Thank you so much!

Awesome stay as described

Wanted a quick weekend getaway for a Thursday to Sunday. It was in a quiet location. Unit 4 was just as described. We were very pleased had everything that we needed to relax. We drove over to beach each day and came back to enjoy some adult beverages on the front sitting area. We walked to a couple restaurants for dinner each night. Had a question and Vinny responded very quickly. Loved it and would definitely go back.

The property was very well kept and our unit was clean. At one point we were the only two people on the entire street, so it was a little uncomfortable for two woman alone. We actually got a little spooked and let a day early and got another place closer to other renters and people. Would recommend though if it were a group of people staying.

Close and cozy

The location is great! It’s very cozy and cute. I loved that they had beach equipment that we could use. The rental upstairs was noisy. It didn’t matter who was there you can hear every footstep!!! I did try to contact the manager about the noise but never got a response. In the fourth day a cockroach appeared in the kitchen. I have no idea where it came from.

Nice place to stay close to the beach. The only thing that would make it better is if it was oceanfront. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Could use cookie sheets for baking things in the oven. Would stay again.

Yearly Vacation

My girl friends and I take a yearly vacation and this year called for a beach trip! This property was just what we needed, A place to sleep in between days at the beach. We loved how close we were to the beach and how quiet the area was. Having access to an outdoor shower was great so we didn’t track in sand to the property. I’d highly recommend this place!

We loved our time here!

This studio was perfect for not being directly on the island. It took us 6 minutes to get to the beach each day! It is quite small, but was just what we needed for the two of us, especially since we weren't planning on hanging out there a lot. There are plenty of kitchen amenities, though, in case anyone prefers to stay in and cook. The artwork was awesome as well. Overall it felt very clean and taken care of. It is tucked away in a bit of a rundown neighborhood so there's not much of a view, although the owners did their best to create ambience with the seats on the front porch.
