This location provides easy access to all of the Summit County ski areas as well as Vail and Beaver Creek. Spectacular Views of the 10 Mile Range can be enjoyed from the family room, dining area, deck and bedrooms.
Due to current Summit County COVID-19 Health restrictions, we are currently only taking reservations for parties from a maximum of two households.
The upper level of the home features a newly remodeled large kitchen, dining area and family room. The gourmet will feel right at home in our well supplied kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area has a large table and incredible views from the large picture window. The family room has lots of seating, large TV and gas fireplace. You can enjoy cocktails or a barbecue on the large deck while taking in the mountain views.
The 2nd level hosts the 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half batrooms and the laundry room. The master suite is very large and has a king-size bed, a twin daybed, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has twin beds that can be configured as a single king size bed.
Interior stairs provide direct access to the living area from the attached, heated garage on the ground floor. Please make sure that all members of your party are comfortable with stairs since the living areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2-car garage provides a convenient and secure place to store skis, bikes, golf clubs and other toys. An all wheel drive vehicle is recommended for access to our home in the winter.

There is a separate lock off private apartment on the 1st level which is rented to a couple long term. This unit is very sound proof and has a separate exterior entrance.
