Located on one the most beautiful islands of Indian Lake, this property is a perfect vacation spot for those wanting to relax and enjoy an escape from the everyday. This lakefront home is perfectly situated on the northwest corner of Seminole Island, providing an excellent open water view of the lake. During the day, guests will be able to enjoy a fun and relaxing swimming and fishing experience as the home is located away from heavy boat traffic. In the evenings, spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the property's shoreline. After the sunset, possible activities include relaxing around the firepit, eating toasted marshmallows, and gazing at the stars!
Recently updated with complete bathroom and kitchen remodel (completed 2024), along with new exterior finish and interior flooring (completed 2024), this home includes a dramatic lake room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Indian Lake, as well as a complete kitchen. Sleeping accommodations consist of 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, plus 1 1/2 baths. This home can accommodate 8 guests.
Indian Lake is located about 1 hour 30 minutes from Dayton, Ohio and 1 hour from Columbus, Ohio.

For over 30 years, our family has enjoyed Indian Lake and all that it has provided. Our home on Seminole Island has been the perfect place for both adventure and leisure. Many memories with family and friends have been made over the years, and we will cherish them always. We loved our location so much, we acquired the home next door to us in 2009. Since that time, we have allowed others to come to Indian Lake to make memories of their own to cherish. We look forward to having you at the lake soon!
Why they chose this property
The isles of Indian Lake is an idyllic location for a vacation. After passing Moundwood Marina and crossing over the South Fork of the Great Miami River, island life begins on Lake Ridge. Dream Bridge helps to connect the rest of the islands, including Shawnee (home to the famed Cranberry Resort waterfront bar/grill), Seminole (where our home is located), Miami, Pew (nice walking trails), Turkey Foot, Tecumseh, and Minnewauken. Water surrounds you in every direction. Golf carts abound. Boaters wave as they pass by the shoreline. Relaxation and adventure await. Don't just take our word for it!

You will fall in love with the breathtaking sunset views in the evenings, whether it be from the property shoreline or our spacious lake room with floor-to-ceiling windows! This home is the perfect spot for many celebrations, including birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions! The home is also 100% vacation rental occupied, which is the preference for many guests when making their decision.
