This beautiful vacation home, 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath upside down is located in Tom Nevers. This up-side down house plan means that the bedrooms are on the First floor and the kitchen, dining area, sitting area and deck is located on the Second floor for outside view.
The home is clean, spacious and comfortable in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. The home is located about 6 miles from the Center of Town and about 3 miles from other restaurants, shopping and beaches.
The neighborhood is safe for kids to play in the yard and ride their bikes on the road.
On a windy day, you can hear the ocean waves from Tom Nevers beach rushing onto the shoreline.
Tom Nevers beach is not crowded. It is about 1 mile long, clean, with pristine water, quiet, safe, and great for surfing, fishing and relaxing.
Tom Nevers beach is about 6 minutes drive by car and a 30 minutes walk from the home.
This home is the perfect vacation place for relaxing, rejuvenating and reflecting after a day at the beach, shopping, sightseeing and exploring the extraordinary history of Nantucket

This home is fully furnished.
As you enter the home you instantly feel the warmth, tranquility, happy feelings and your heart Soars!
The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The 2 full bathrooms (2024) Quartz vanity.
Bedroom # 1:
The Master suite has a Queen bed (2 people) and a Day bed (1 person). The bed has a Down Feather mattress topper for extra comfort for relaxing and sleeping. A large walk-in closet furnished with hangers and two bureaus. A private full bath (shower and tub). Bed linens, blankets and two sets of extra bed linens are provided.
A window air conditioner is functional, quiet with a digital control panel and a remote control.
The stackable washer and dryer is located off the Master suite near the bathroom.
Bedroom # 2:
This bedroom has a Full bed (2 people). The bed has a Down Feather mattress topper. Bed linens, blankets and two sets of extra bed linens. This bedroom has two large closets furnished with hangers and one bureau.
A window air conditioner is functional, quiet, with a digital control panel and a remote control. This bedroom has a door that leads to the outside of the house.

This bedroom has two Twin beds (2 people). The bed has a Down Feather mattress topper. Bed linens, blankets and two sets of extra bed linens. Has one closet furnished with hangers and two bureaus.A window air conditioner is functional, quiet, with a digital control panel and a remote control.

The family sitting area has comfortable seating and good natural lighting. There are two table lamps and one floor lamp which provide sufficient lighting for reading and playing games. The deck can be access from the family area through a French door. A window air conditioner (new 2024) is functional, quiet, with a digital control panel and a remote control. Comcast- Xfinity provides cable, TV and Internet services. WiFi is also. A Samsung 55-inch Smart TV (new 2024) is installed above the brick fireplace. DVD and CD player available. Board games as well as books for adults and children provided.
A working wood burning brick fireplace for those cool summer nights.
Firewood and fireplace tools are provided.
Kids Amenities:
A highchair and folding travel stroller are provided. All items are cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected after the guests leave.
The Dining area:
The high ceiling and exposed beams make the dining area spacious and open. The new (2024) Quartz table top has a marble-type look and pairs beautifully with 6 hand made wooden chairs. These chairs are ultra-comfortable.
Kitchen: Both Countertop and Island remodeled (2024) with new Italian Quartz.
Kitchen fully equipped. All kitchen appliances are functional. GE Electric stove with oven. Hotpoint Refrigerator. GE Microwave (new 2024). Electric Sunbeam Mixmaster. West BendToaster-Wide 4 slice. Whirlpool Dishwasher (Cascade dishwasher detergent and Jet Dry finish rinse provided). Keurig Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Pod Maker. Brew Single Serve Coffee Maker. CASABREWS All-in-One Expressor machine with burr grinder. (Roasted coffee beans are provided).

Safety:
There are two Fire Extinguishers. One is attached to the wall in the kitchen. The other is used for outside grilling.
A First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen. A landline phone is located in the kitchen for LOCAL phone calls only.
The 1/2 bath (2024 vanity remodeled with Italian Quartz) is located on the second floor.
The outside deck is accessible from the kitchen through a French door.
The deck is furnished with a Chaise Lounge, 2 Adirondack chairs, additional chairs and a Patio table with an umbrella. There is outside lighting on the deck for night dining.
Beach Gear and Accessories:
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach ball, and an ice cooler with wheels are provided. We recommend that you bring extra beach towels.
Lawn outdoor furniture:
A bench table, an umbrella and extra chairs are provided. Weber gas grill (new 2024).
Tools for grilling and cleaning the grill are provided.
Outside shower:
The outside shower is functional with hot and cold water. Each person shall use the outside shower when returning from the beach to remove the beach sand and sea salt. This house has a septic system and major plumbing damage can result from the beach sand and sea salt by not using the outside shower. A water hose is available if needed. We kindly ask everyone to respect and understand our request.
Safety:
Exterior: A Motion Detector Security system is installed in front of the home.
Exterior: Solar Motion Sensors lighting - 360 degrees around the home.
Interior: Emergency Exit and No smoking signs are posted inside the home above the Exit doors.
Interior: 6 Smoke detectors and 2 Carbon Monoxide detectors (2024) are provided.

Seventh Generation- Antibacteral wipes, Lysol Disinfecting Spray, hand sanitizers, face mask and gloves are provided for our guests.
A Shark vacuum and brooms are provided for cleaning. We request that our guests clean and vacuum on a daily basis due to the beach sand and sea salt that is often present after returning from the beach.

Occupancy: Only the guests listed on the Listing Agreement are allowed to occupy the home. Any additional guests must be approved by the homeowner.
Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be agreed upon and signed by the guests and the home owner when the Reservation is made.
Rental Age: Must be 25 years old to rent this vacation home.
