Villa Filanthi, which is based at Soukidia just above the old port of Karovastasi, in Oitylo (36 41 58 Νorth 22 22 24 Εast) is strategically located in the middle of the Mani territory. Villa Filanthi is a newly built villa (230 sq mtrs each) with very easy access that enjoy unobstructed panoramic view to Oitylo bay. You can visit the towns of Limeni and Areopolis few kilometers away where you can take a walk at the picturesque cobbled alleys and find many café/bars and traditional taverns.
Soukidia villas are built with the traditional Maniat method of local stone masonry offering at the same time all modern amenities.
Villa Filanthi, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, has three levels:
The ground level has a playroom, a bathroom, laundry room and vaulted garage.
The first level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor patio, and a master bedroom.
The second level has two master bedrooms with their respective TV sets.
Villa Filanthi also has exclusive access to a veranda where you can enjoy the sun, read a book, eat your breakfast!

Mani is my family's special homeland and it is my honor to be coming from such a unique, historic place, so monumental for our country's history. My family is fortunate enough to be owning a beautiful property on a privileged piece of land with magnificent views of Oitylo bay. Visitors will have the opportunity to call it their vacation home and their personal refuge where they can unwind and enjoy every single moment of their day.

What makes this property unique

Soukidia Villas as we named the estate coming from the existence of numerous fig trees in the area was built from our family with love, care and respect to Mani's unique landscape and environment as well as its architectural tradition. They were built on a beautiful piece of land overlooking Oitylo Bay and Limeni village.
