RESORT:
If you like the beach, water parks, and lot of onsite activities, then this is the perfect resort for you. The resort's water park features a lazy river, freeform pool, a water slide, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.

LOCATION:
The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.

CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.

Resort offers complimentary parking.

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park. There's a golf cart shuttle provided, or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Great Family Vacation

We loved the resort! The pools and water park area were great. The beach was a short walk or the shuttle was nice. Just wish they had more than one shuttle. Staff was very helpful at the resort. We had a wonderful vacation.

Highly recommend

We had a great time and the room had enough space for our entire group of 8, which included a 1 yo and a 4yo. The pool, splash pad and lazy river is were we spent the majority of our outside time but the beach was beautiful if you made the walk, and not overly crowded. The kids loved seeing the cruise ships come and go and we were able to see the rocket launch right from the balcony. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

Excellent stay in Cape Canaveral

This is a great apartment for a family of four - the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the trolley to the main part of the resort is reliable. The main pool, with lazy river and slide, was a hit with the kids. You do feel a bit remote - as the location is out by the port. But as a jumping off point for KSC and Disney, it’s great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Beautiful pool front Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo looked just like the pictures. The only negative is the lack of a vacuum (but you could request housekeeping to come) and very small washer and dryer. I have 4 kids so I was doing multiple loads a day. Those are the only minimal negatives otherwise I would say it was fantastic! Great location and tons to do. I would recommend this to anyone.

Resort Was a Good 3 Star Hotel

The resort property was clean but dated. It needs renovation. The setting of the resort near the beach was excellent. Pool ,lazy river, restaurant and Tiki bar was nice. The was Staff was very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. The king size bedroom had a mildew smell in it for the entire stay. The rest of the condo was pretty good shape though. Front desk said they were booked so there was no way to relocate to another room. Overall pretty descent experience, other than the room situation.

Spring break

My family and I loved staying at this resort. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was plenty of space for my family of 4 that includes a teenage boy. We loved the water park and beach option each day. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk on a nice boardwalk from the main building where we stayed. My family was able to see 2 rocket launches which was one reason why we picked this resort. We also saw gopher tortoises on the beach and sea turtles during our walk on the nearby pier. There are several restaurants on the water nearby. We were able to see several dolphins and pelicans as we dined outside. We were able to see several cruise ships too. Kennedy Space center was only a short 15 minute drive that was worth seeing. We saw several alligators and turtles while we were there. We will definitely be back in the future!!! Thank you for making this spring break a memorable one for my family😁
