SPACIOUS CONDO:
This spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and private balcony. Self parking is complimentary.

FAMILY RESORT:
Perfect property for families. The resort's water park features a lazy river, large water slide, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a poolside tiki bar and restaurant onsite, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, table tennis, billiards, playground, BBQ grills, activities staff with a daily scheduled activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, shows, and so much more. Indoor playground closed down until further notice.

GREAT LOCATION:
Pier within walking distance. Port restaurants within a mile. Central Cocoa Beach four miles away. Port Canaveral a mile away. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away (this is the closest family resort to Kennedy Space Center).

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park. There's a beach shuttle or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Everything was good, except the “poolside” room, the description on our reservations states poolside room so we had assumed that we could see the pool, which wasn’t the case. It only meant we were in the building next to the pool. I would make your description more clear as to what exactly a poolside room means. Our kids as were we very disappointed when we got to the room and we saw the parking lot from our balcony.

Great place to stay, beautiful property, and so close to the beach!

Perfect place to stay for our family. Just a heads up.....no uber eats or uber / lyft drivers will get you there. That was a bit of a shock getting a ride from the airport to the hotel at 2 am. Other than that, amazing place to stay.

Fun Family Summer Vacation on the Cape

The property is perfect for a group with multi ages. There are different types of pools and activities to choose from. It’s a great place to view the rocket launches. The beach is easily and quickly accessed. Our room had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Nice property, ended up in building 2 on the ocean, but the first floor, no ocean view. The first floor is blocked by a dune and vegetation. I was disappointed by this. Pool is fantastic though.

Great family vacation

My family of 6 stayed the week after Christmas and had an amazing time! Property was exactly as pictured and was clean. There were plenty of activities for kids and stayed entertained. It was a busy travel week in the area but it didn't feel like it. Pool and beach never felt packed and we never waited for anything we wanted to do. Short walk to beach and/or pool. All staff were helpful and kind, making us feel welcome. We spent a day visiting the Kennedy Space Center and it was a quick drive. We can't wait to go back!

Cape Canaveral Family Beach Resort

This property was perfect for our family. The kids were never bored. They loved swimming in the pool, lazy river, and really enjoyed the water slide. There is also a movie theater that is available with family friendly movies. We were able to catch a movie one afternoon and enjoyed the 9 hole putt putt on property as well. Also, the beach is a short walk away or you can take the shuttle to the beach which my husband enjoyed. I liked walking along the path to get to the beach. The property was clean and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this property and if we are in the area again would definitely book again!

Great resort!

Pool, lazy river, etc was perfect for the kids - lots of teens. Boardwalk to the beach was excellent and the beach area was fantastic. Not many shells, but hard packed for ease of walking and biking. The condo was fine - typical timeshare in FL. It was two units that opened up - and the layout was different from the online listing. Our parking lot view wasn’t great, but it was quiet and I loved that. The music piping out near the pool was nice when you’re out there, but I’m glad I wasn’t on that side just for noise purposes. We’ve stayed at other places that have more kitchen amenities- this place was bare bones. Nothing but salt and pepper that looked like it was from an airline meal. Not a deal breaker, but be prepared to bring stuff or buy stuff. The on-site tiki/breakfast bar served food - mediocre but it does the job. Loved the frozen drinks for the kids as vacation treats. The two adults got massages in the fitness center. They were quite frankly the worst ones we’ve ever gotten. Lots of moving towels around and pushing/flexing limbs in odd patterns. No back massage - at all. And weird neck contortions that were not pleasant or relaxing. I would NOT recommend the on-site masseuse Morokot at all, although we had a good laugh about it being a very odd experience. All and all, it was a fun, relaxing vacation. Kennedy Space Center was amazing, we saw a SpaceX launch, good ate lots of seafood, and the resort/beach was very nice.

Family vacation

Awesome area! Perfect location and view of the pool! Shuttle ride away to the beach short distance! Plenty to do! Close to Orlando! Unfortunately never tried the food hours are reduced due to the nationwide staffing shortage it looked amazing!
