Chateau by the Sea 304 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

The unit is located just STEPS from the Cocoa Beach Pier and within walking distance of many activities and attractions.

This bright, beach & vibrant unit recently renovated and is a perfect spot for your next beach getaway. Whip up a meal in the beachy white kitchen, eat together around the dining table or watch a movie on the huge living room TV. The open concept living & dining room walks out onto the south facing balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Wind down at the end of the night in the two spacious and calming bedrooms. The master has a comfortable king bed, ensuite, walk in closet and TV. The guest has a king bed, closet, TV and is adjacent to the guest bathroom.

The apartment was very clean, which is my first criteria! It was right next to beach, which was also clean and low-key at the times we were there (early mornings).We used the rooftop patio to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The master bedroom and living room are very nice with plenty of sunshine and a partial view of the beach. The second bedroom doesn't have a view and faces the building walkway.

Everything was wonderful. Entry was easy, communication was great. We had one minor issue and it was handled timely and perfectly. This was a great place, and we had a wonderful time. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again. The beach access isn't long, and the beach is fabulous! It was close to things we wanted to do; nearby restaurants are good too.

Perfect Cocoa Beach Vacation

This is our second time visiting Cocoa Beach and we had a wonderful experience. The location was wonderful and close to everything. We enjoyed the condo, pool, and the beach. Super close to the pier and very easy to get to hot spots in the area.

Perfect for a short or long getaway

We loved our stay at the Chateau this past May. The property was beautifully kept, with lots of amenities - contained within the property. People were friendly and the overall experience was so pleasant that this location has already become a "go to" for girls' trips. Checking in and out was so easy and communication with the manager was wonderful - checking in with us to be sure our stay was comfortable and carefree. Beach condo

The listing is more appealing than the actual unit. Parking was tight, it was clean, great access to the beach, walking distance to the pier and a couple restaurants. The ac in the second bedroom didnt work, a battery was pulled out of a smoke alarm, but there were plenty of towels, kitchen amenities, and the rooftop view was amazing.

This property is perfectly located on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and steps from the BEACH! Exceptionally clean! The host was amazing!
