Beautiful Mission Beach Summer Rental - Ocean/Sand/Boardwalk Views!

This is beach condo has everything in a compact space, including a fully loaded kitchen (including dishwasher), a queen bed, two queen sleeper sofas (with comfortable gel mattresses), Air conditioning, tank-less water heaters, a small private patio with its own BBQ, access to a larger shared patio with Hot Tub, and of course amazing ocean/beach/boardwalk views inside and outside the condo, while being just steps from the beach.
* Kept very clean/sterile with owner oversight.
* Best Mission Beach location - walk to everything: 20 steps to ocean sand, 100 yds to bay and 4* hotels, 100 yds to top restaurants, beach rentals, etc. Quicker access to freeways than other locations.
* Great San Diego location - central and easy access to everything of interest: Downtown, SD Bay, Old Town, Zoo, Sea World, La Jolla, Del Mar & its race track, North County, Mexico, etc.

* Amazing ocean, sand, sunset, and boardwalk views from your dining foyer and living room.
* Very short walk to everything - the beach, the bay, 4* hotels, Pacific Beach & Mission
Beach nightlife and activities. All kinds of water sports, bike rentals. Short drive to
SeaWorld, the Zoo, La Jolla, etc
* Beautifully renovated unit with new laminate wood and tile floors, new bathroom, stainless steel
kitchen appliances, enlarged windows to enhance ocean views, new furnishings, etc. Endless hot water with dual tank-less water heaters
* Has a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a Queen sleeper couch and a Full sleeper couch housed in 2 rooms Sleeps up to 6. Includes high quality, super comfortable Hilton Hotel bed and gel mattress on the queen sleeper couches for good sleeping experience.
* Air conditioning! (uncommon near the beach)
* Has two ocean/sand/boardwalk view patio decks. One is just outside the front door and is private to the unit. The second one is larger, on the other side of the building, and on a walk street next to multi-million dollar homes (see photo). This one may be shared from time to time. Includes two sets of brand new patio furniture and two barbeque grills as well as a wonderful Hot Tub with ocean/beach/boardwalk views.
* Ample parking.
* Ground level unit - safe for children (we also have a 2nd floor unit if you prefer, just ask)
* Cross NO streets to get to beach
* So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night. Far enough from Mission Blvd that you hear no traffic from it.

We spent a short trip here in Mission Beach and this place is comfortable for what we needed it to be and we enjoyed that it was walking distance to most things.

Beach Getaway

My husband and I had a great two night stay! So close to the beach, didn’t even have to put on flip flops to walk to the water. Quiet, easy and comfortable. Conveniently located near all our favorite beachfront restaurants. We will definitely go back in the future.

Great location, super close to the beach

Great location, clean unit with all the asic necessities. Parking was very close ansd convenient. This is a great unit for a single or couple. The only bathroom is through the bedroom which was mildly inconvenient for my friend and I, but workable. The sofabeds were comfortable, but I don't think it's possible to have them both open at the same time based on the size of the unit so keep that in mind if more than 2 beds are needed. The private patio was very nice, we spent a lot of time there.
