Our property is owner-managed, with two local managers just 10 minutes away. We take pride in meticulously maintaining and cleaning after every reservation. Sofa has sofa cover which is washed after every reservation. Extra clean towels and beddings always available for longer stay.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Trash: Remove all trash (except recycling) and leave it outside the front door. Recycling is for glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and clean boxes only.

Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher. Kitchen knives and wine glasses are NOT dishwasher safe.

Laundry: • Place all used towels in the bathtub. • If you used the sofa bed, remove the sheets, extra pillowcases, and blankets and place them next to the front door to indicate they need washing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please don't bring sand into the property, especially INSIDE shower stall or bathtub which will cause clogging issues for the next guest checking in.

Please only throw toilet paper into the toilet. Please leave open food on the dining table and not on kitchen counter to keep ants away!

Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am on the balcony and downstairs common areas. No smoking inside the apartment and in the common area to avoid a fine.

Ocean Beach is one of the few beaches in San Diego that still offers free parking, which means it attracts both locals and tourists—especially on weekends. That said, if you’re willing to walk a block or two, you can usually find parking and enjoy the nice coastal climate along the way.

What a perfect place to stay in Ocean Beach! Steps from the beach, an easy walk into the heart of Ocean Beach as well. The unit is pristine clean, loaded with amenities for the beach, family games, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Beautiful patio area to hang out in! The host is warm and gracious, super responsive and checked in on us to ensure our comfort. Will always stay here when visiting Ocean Beach! !

Great Stay, perfect location!

We had a really wonderful time during our stay! The location is perfect--walking distance to both the beach and restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. It was also a very dog friendly place, complete with small dog bed, bowls and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very clean and well maintained. Just a short walk down the road to Ocean Beach. Meiluen was very accommodating and communicated often and made sure our stay was great!

Great rental

The rental is on a great location. Walking distance to beach, walking paths, restaurants. We especially enjoyed OB Brewing. Would recommend!
