Vacation home located in Small Point, ME. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the kitchen, living room and dining room on 2nd floor. There is a large wrap around deck which overlooks the ocean, Small Point Harbor, and a stunning white sand, crescent beach. There are 2 master bedrooms with joining bathrooms, and 3 smaller bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom. The kitchen is open concept and looks out onto the gorgeous ocean view. The yard leads down to a path to the private beach. There is ample parking for 3 cars.

Lovely place!

This rental was perfect for a family gathering. Conveniently located and the house was a short walk to the beach. The lay out of the house gave everyone their own space. I would highly recommend this rental.

THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE

One couldn’t ask for much more, views from most every room in the house, beautiful perennial flower beds, outdoor shower with hot water, the mowed path to beach, lined with sea roses and large blackberries, and the beach… outstanding, gentle sandy entrance with sunflowers growing at the high water mark. Thank you for sharing your beach home, it allowed 2of my 3 siblings an opportunity to reconnect and relax

Remote Maine Beach House

Stunning views of the islands of Casco Bay. Private beach is even closer than it looks in the Vrbo pictures, had it mostly to ourselves all week. We had a rotating schedule of visitors including one night with 10 people and everyone loved their visit. Hikes to Seawall Beach and short morning kayak trips provided some adventure, and playing on the beach, fishing from the rock, and enjoying games with family in the perfect large living space provided some relaxing fun. It is remote, not a good place for a shopper or a foodie, but absolutely perfect for us.

Peaceful New England Paradise

We stayed with our family for a week and loved every minute. We had the beach to ourselves most days. The house is beautiful and the location perfect for those looking to get away from it all.

Beach is beautiful!

Only issues I had with the property there were no ceiling fans or any fans at all. The listing said there were two king size beds and there wasn’t. Three bedrooms had queen beds, one had three twins and one had a twin. It worked out ok for us. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach takes maybe 2 minutes. The water is clear and perfect for kayaking and paddle boards. The owners are very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent this house again.

The kitchen opens to top floor, which overlooks the deck and view of beach and ocean. There is a rowboat, canoe, paddle board and two kayaks available. All stored on the beach that is accessed by short path from the house.
