Large side and back patio with no one behind you. Visit Sabino Canyon and ride the tram up into the mountain and enjoy the tour. Then walk or ride down. Visit Colossal Cave, The Mission San Xavier, the Pima Air Museum, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Old Tucson, The Desert Museum, and The Mini Time Museum.

Beautiful spot!

Loved our stay here! House was well equipped and comfortable. Enjoyed cooking and grilling with everything we needed. Very roomy house, and easy access to local pool and hot tub. We loved this stay!

Outstanding townhouse

This townhouse is located on a private cul de sac that gives outstanding privacy. The desert wildlife that comes by in back of this unit is very entertaining.

Perfect location for Sabino Canyon and shopping needs

This townhouse is in a quiet, pleasant development for morning walks. It's spacious and everything works well. It's a short drive to Sabino Canyon, where we walked several times. Also a short drive to groceries, drugstore, restaurants, etc.

Comfortable and convenient home

Good home for adults. All necessities plus were available. The Silvers, our hosts, were outstandingly available and attentive. Any issue or need we had they dealt with quickly and effectively. Great walking neighborhoods close and convenient access to stores and attractions. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Right place at the right time

This townhome community is a wonderful section of old Tucson, close to restaurants, stores, etc....even tph Rodeo grounds! (but not too close so no last parties etc.) The home is well stoked with kitchen accessories, large enough to spread out for an extended stay, and recently remodeled. The owner is easily contacted an prompt to respond to requests.

Peaceful property

This is a back unit with the wash nearby and is so quiet you’d never know you were in a condo complex. The neighbors were friendly. The unit was spotless. We are bicyclists and Udall Park was only 2 miles away, connecting us to the Loop trails. The weather was unseasonably cold so we never used the outdoor areas or pools. Very nice owners.

Thanksgiving get away

Great location in southeast Tucson. Quiet, well appointed and spacious. Everything we needed, plus some. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive to any questions we had and will definitely stay again when in town.

Perfectly comfortable

I needed a place near Sabino Canyon and this home was perfect. Clean comfortable. Very nice. And the landlord is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place for staying in northeast Tucson.

The location was ideal, close to grocery, shops and restaurants. The owners, Deri and Steve, were very willing to get us anything we needed or wanted. The townhome was very roomy and the patio was ideal for relaxing in the morning sunshine.

Roomy 3 BR property near Sabino Canyon

Perfect home for six (two couples and two children). If you are looking for a spot on the north east edge of Tucson, this is it. Property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Property manager was responsive when we had water heater problems.

We both moved here from the east coast over 30 years ago. Tucson is this country's best kept secret. Fantastic weather, great outdoor activities, and so much culture. We love it so much, we decided to have a vacation property to share this great town.

Why they chose this property

Riverbend Estates is close to Sabino Canyon and also close to shopping and Restaurant Row where dining out is a fun experience. Trail dust town is just a short drive ( less than 2 miles).

What makes this property unique

The house is large, yet cozy. The community has it's own tennis and 2 pools.
