Luxurious Beach Front 1st Floor 2/2 Condo
Beautiful first floor unit on desirable oceanfront building, with a wonderful, friendly community. First floor convenience, just steps from the beach and pool. No more long walks and waiting for the elevator! Nice size balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The unit is tatesfully decorated and fully furnished & recently re-painted. Completely equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation; just bring your swimming trunks!
Master bedroom has a King size bed, night table, dresser, walk-in closet and 25 inch flat screen TV with HD Comcast TV service and DVD player as well as a private bathroom.
Second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top, and a full size bed on the bottom.
We provide towels, a 9' X 9' collapsing tents for beach use, 5 beach chairs, toys for kids.
Appliances: Filtered water, washer, dryer, refrigerator with ice-maker, range, microwave, dishwasher and 37 inch flat screen TV, HD Xfinity TV & Wifi service and BluRay DVD player in living room, and large flat screen TV, and HD Xfinity TV & Wifi service and DVD player in Master bedroom. Cooking utensils, linens, beach towels, coffee maker.

Winter Beach Rental
Conveniently located condo on the first floor, a short walk to the fitness room, pool and beach. Well appointed, the owner is very responsive and quick to remedy any problems. The only downside to the location is the need to drive to restaurants and bars, with the exception of Sharky's across the street which is great for a casual meal.
Great area for biking, walking and running with parks and trails available.

This building is a true treasure of the Treasure Coast. Well maintained and run, with wonderful people. A phenomenal location, and this condo offers beach and pool access without the inconvenience of the elevator.
