Beautiful two-story fully furnished home with all linens, sleeps 12-14, includes 3 Bedrooms with King-sized “Sleep Number” Beds, plus 2 Full-sized Beds, and Forth bedroom upstairs with Queen-sized Bed & office, plus an optional fold out couch in dining area. Spacious dining, deck, and living area with sensational view of beach. Maximum 2 pets, must have house manners or crated.

We had the best time! The house was the perfect spot for 3 families travelling up to the central coast to visit my Cal Poly SLO student. The house is fully stocked with plenty of room for everyone and then some.

This house has an incredibly well equipped kitchen and comfy places to relax when we were not at the beach! They generously allowed us to stay later in the day as our flight was in the evening. The downstairs bedrooms were all quote comfortable, cozy, and bright. Thank you!

LOVED THE HOUSE AND THE LOCATION. HOUSE NEEDS DEEP CLEANING, LOSTS OF FOOD AND TRASH UNDER THE DINING ROOM COUCH A AS WELL AS OOTHER PLACES. WE HAD A SEVERE ANT INFESTATION. THEY WERE THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED AND GOT INTO A LOT OF THE FOOD. COULD NOT KEEP FOD IN THE CUPBOARDS ON THE COUNTER OR EVEN ON THE TABLE. A LOT OF FOOD WENT TO WASTE.

The house exceeded expectations. It was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable. We had 4 generations staying a couple of the days during our stay. The grandkids had so much fun at the beach, which was literally across the street. Little bunnies on the front lawn were so cute to watch. Playing pool on the pool table was a plus and the books and games were awesome. The host was great, very friendly and helpful.

Everything about the house was great! Good kitchen, fully stocked, plenty of space, super close and easy walk to the beach (2 minutes) and shops. Would for sure recommend. The beds are also super comfortable, which is a hard find at rentals.

Douglas was a very informative and accommodating host. He was prompt with his replies to me questions and flexible with my request. The property is wonderful with an amazing view, and the location puts you within walking distance of everything you may want to do in Cayucos. Quick and easy access to the highway makes out of town activities very accessible. The Gathering Place itself has a well appointed kitchen and all the amenities amenities a group or family might require. Internet service was very solid. I recommend this property, and I will book The Gathering Place again myself.
