Sewer/Water is a big problem! I did not shower for the entire trip due to the water (sulfur) stink and vomiting because of the smell! Prominently, the hot water. This is a very bad "deal breaker" situation for the renter. The toilet stopped up. Found a totally broken plunger, and had to go purchase a plunger, 13, to unclog the toilet. I left it in the primary bedroom bath. I am very disappointed that something so important was not disclosed to me. It's just not right. The water pressure is terrible too. I would say there is a BIG sewer problem with this property and it should be taken off the market until fixed. This is very unfortunate because the house is very charming, extremely clean and comfortable otherwise. I'm sorry for the bad review but the truth is the truth.

Comfortable 10 day stay

This home was all that we needed it to be; comfortable, clean, and well provisioned. It is in a nice neighborhood and was close to Moody AFB. Mr. Johnson was attentive and patient when we set off the fire alarm making pancakes . Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.
