- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front of the house, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is inside the garage, facing the parking area. These cameras do not look into any interior living spaces. The cameras record video and sound
- The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards. Each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $24/person/day for ages 7+, $10/person/day for ages 3+. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods
