Casa De Emdeko - One Bedroom Deluxe with Ocean Views- AC Included!

This lovely unit is a one bedroom deluxe with great ocean views! Dine inside or out and enjoy the famous Kona sunsets from the lanai or join the other friendly guests down at the beach. The furnishings are Tommy Bahama, the bedroom offers a Queen size bed and double sinks and separate tub and shower in the bathroom. There is an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Casa De Emdeko is one of the most popular complexes located oceanfront on the famous Ali'i Drive near the 2 mile marker. The complex offers beautiful tropical grounds in the courtyard, a cabana, BBQ's, two swimming pools and an oceanfront man made beach area.

Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection.

We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. These may include geckos, ants, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, etc. – all common in this tropical environment.

Kona Coast Vacations respects your vacation time. We are happy to chat with you, before and after your arrival. We normally do not greet our guests as we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes, once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed. We will not contact you unless you ask us to do so. We are available and our office is open 7 days a week to answer any of your questions. We are located right in Kailua Kona. We are only a phone call away if emergencies happen. As a guest of KCV you also have access to Kona Concierge at no additional cost. You will find a property information book inside your vacation rental with any important information pertaining to your island home.

$10 daily additional person fee applies to occupants over the standard occupancy of 2 guests.

The entire condo is your domain while renting this condo. You have access to all complex amenities including the pool and BBQ area.

We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

We provide directions from the airport to the condo with access codes once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed. We are only a phone call away if emergencies happen. As a guest of KCV you also have access to Kona Concierge at no additional cost.

*Please note that this complex has frequent temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs.

Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Great place on the water
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is nicely stocked with everything you need (including beach chairs, boogies boards, towels et all). The view from the lanai was lovely as was the salt water pool overlooking the ocean. The only gripe we had was there not being enough parking close to the condo. If you come home after 7pm you have to park further out by the street / in the commercial area. It’s not the end of the world but it’s a bit odd there’s not enough guest parking. Other than that, it was a great spot! Easy walking/jog to various cute beaches and restaurants.

We absolutely loved this complex. The suite itself is very comfortable (could have better patio furniture, but that wasn't a game changer). The beach area, pools, bbq area were perfect. If we return to the island we will stay here!

Relaxing and peaceful.
We enjoyed our week here. Sunsets were amazing and loved watching / listening to the waves come in. Centrally located making it easy for traveling to other parts of the Island. Plenty of space and very, very clean. Loved having a washer/dryer right there. Also appreciated such a large bathroom. We would absolutely return again and stay even longer. Mahalo!

Very quiet and comfortable overall, Cannot beat the amenities in this complex 2 pools and garden setting but the ocean location and view is beyond words. Our 4th stay in this lovely and well maintained community. See you next time.
