Ocean FUN Awaits You! Saturday to Saturday weekly rental throughout summer

Although guests are NOT permitted to have pets, this is an owner pet friendly environment, so pets may be present in unit prior to your selected date of stay. Not responsible for allergies to pets. This property complex is located directly on the Wildwood Crest Beach located very close to many activities and areas of interest. Weekly only in season Memorial day through Labor day weekends. Prefer minimum 2 nights outside of summer season. A trolly car runs in season right in front of the Condo. There is an elevator and off street parking (2 car spots). Two Bedroom and Two Bath (walk in shower and 1 bathtub w shower just 1 year old), provide just enough space for a family fun filled vacation. The condo is located on the 4th floor of the Summer Sands, overlooking the larger of 2 heated pools, with a view of the ocean from deck & windows. Combination living/kitchen. Sleeps 6. Down the steps and 50 feet to the beach and the Ocean. Seasonal beach shower and deck make it easy to come & go from beach. In season parking off street for two cars. On street parking is available close by and metered parking right out front. Sofa in Living Room in addition to a futon in the Master Bedroom. Bike racks are available on premisis for use during your stay if you bring bikes and locks. Multiple sunning decks and 6 gas grills located on property. On site property management to welcome you and assist in your vacation planning. Just a short drive to many attractions including Boardwalk, Restaurants, Wineries, Boating/kayacking/Ferry, Cape May, fishing, horseback riding and Zoo just to name a few. Can walk to several restaurants, beautiful sunsets at the Sunset Lake Park, and of course sunrise right out front of you can get up in time;) . Guests are not permitted to bring pets, sorry this is the policy. No parties, not to exceed 6 guests booked.

Yes, it is a little tight, that's why we recommend a max of 7-8 guests for our 2 bedroom (pushing it w 8 but if only 4 adults and small kids it works). Glad you enjoyed your visit.

Yes, this year has been quite a different type of vacation. Many guests have enjoyed the beach and pools with the limitations of the pandemic, it is a relaxing getaway. There are restrictions but we are making the most of the great location and opportunities for fun (reduced pool occupancy, outdoor, delivery or takeaway for food, decreased capacity for dolphin boats, etc.). Lovely Family Vacation

This was a beautiful condo & location for my family of 5! The owner was very responsive; left us a snack basket for when we arrived, which was perfect after the drive! The condo was very clean & spacious with a beautiful view. Owner went above and beyond with our stay & would surely rent from them again in the future!

A cozy place for our small family. The mix of AC and fans worked well. The efficient kitchen had a nice large frig. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool, and the super convenient designated parking spots.

Amazing Place!

Probably the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. Property is in a fantastic location too. Quiet and serene yet steps to the beach. Wonderful views of the ocean and we saw dolphins from the balcony on our very first evening! Very large and comfortable bedrooms and ample bathrooms. A great place for our family to relax and enjoy. So much so we rented again! And I’m sure we will again in the future. Oh, and the owners are fantastic people who thought of everything! Five stars all around!👍

condo had adequate space for 4 adults. The 2nd bathroom was a plus. Great location and property had adequate facilities. Unit could use update, especially bathrooms. Remember to bring all towels, any extra sheets/pillow cases, paper towels, and hand soap for sink. Kim was very communicative and helpful.

Great stay

Spent a week in this condo. Had a really good time - close distance to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle - which was exactly what we were looking for. The condo did have an odd smell about it - but nothing a few air fresheners couldn't take care of. Did have to go out and buy bath towels as we weren't aware that they would not be provided. Final instructions only arrived the day before and we were already on the road: suggestion: perhaps providing those a little earlier would be helpful ie: the towel issue - I would have brought my own had I known. The availability of beach chairs and boogie boards was greatly appreciated. Kitchen fitted with most anything you'd need for a short-stay. Really enjoyable vacation - thanks, Kim!

Excellent vacation condo!!

We had a great time at Kim and Glenn’s condo! We chose it based on price and location (for our family of 5) and we were not disappointed. We loved the ease of going to the beach everyday. We left our chairs and beach paraphernalia in the car every day instead of lugging upstairs. The Wildwood Crest beaches are perfection!!!! We like the quiet of WC, as opposed to downtown Wildwood. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite and we ate many meals out there instead of inside the unit. The condo itself is well equipped. It could still use a few upgrades (the guest bed was very hard and the couch wasn’t super comfortable to me), but those are small issues when you are enjoying life at the BEACH!!!! The neighbors and folks we met at the pool were all very nice and respectful of the community living in a condo type place. Overall, a 5* vacation!

Signs of neglect

Very loud )and likely old) window air conditioners. No instructions for using the TVs--do we really need 3??--and though Kim was cordial when we called and "added channels" they should have been there in the 1st place. Different TVs got different channels despite all being LGs all XFinity being the provider. No such basic such as salt and pepper shakers--weird. Just an overall impression of dated and rather cheap accommodations. Also, it seems that the view of the beach (not "at your doorstep" but that true for the whole building) was from the balcony closer to the beach, not from the outside of 403. also, wonder if owners are aware that much of the time front office is to be open there is no one there.

The Crest is the Best. The location was great , be ready to climb steps , its on the fourth floor but there is an elevator! Bedrooms are a good size . Could use some updating. The couch was awkward. The grills are great but remember you are on the 4th floor so don't forget to be organized.

Thanks for taking time to review. I know, 4th floor is further from the gas grills and the open seating and lounge chairs on the deck, but we enjoy the lower population of people around the condo as well. Not many people walk by, except the few units on the other side of ours. We use the elevator to bring things in & out of the condo and use stairs to go down if just going for a walk, then elevator again if too tired to go up! The (Partial) sunset and full view sunrise are a treat to see just by walking to the left or right. Our community luggage carts make it easy to load/unload when checking in/out. I usually bring food to grill and have clean container/plate for trip back up. Future guests appreciate your tips for being on 4th floor, thanks again & hope you can come back some time! Kim

Ideal Family Vacation

This condo is in a great location, right on the beach and easily accessible to Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. The condo has a great layout and can very comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The communication with the hosts is excellent, and it's obvious that they care about the comfort and contentment of their guests. The unit was clean and has everything in stock that you would want in a vacation rental. I am almost reluctant to leave such a positive review, since it will mean more competition for us to get this unit again, but Kim and Glenn deserve the credit!

We just had such a lovely weekend at this rental. It was easy and convenient, with excellent beach access. The host was one of the best I've ever dealt with! We would happily stay at one of their properties again.

The condo was very clean. Air Conditioning was very cool. No noises at night so slept very well. Plenty of dishes glasses and utensils to use. The owners left us a snack basket which goes above and beyond any rental I've ever rented. Highly recommended

We wanted to have a little piece of heaven and share it when we’re not there. We’ve been hosting since early 2000 & really enjoy updates each year & helping guests enjoy the space & create their favorite memories as well. We host many return guests who just love visiting WWC & our condo!

Why they chose this property

We wanted an affordable year round property with a complex location right on the beach and amenities such as a pool & elevator. We knew as soon as we saw this condo that we would be spending our vacations here each year and wanted others to enjoy wonderful memories on vacation as we do. There are so many events very close to the property but when we return to WWC Summer Sands Condo, its not as busy or crowded as other areas and it just feels comfortable just like home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Steps to the Ocean & Beach, you never have to leave the Oceanside area. You can swim in the pools (choose from two heated pools), then BBQ, or go out on the town (Boardwalk, Cape May, Wineries/Breweries, Zoo, 🐬 dolphin boat tour, jet ski or just going out to eat there’s always so much to do! Enjoy many of the attractions locally and taste your way through the town in nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, bars. This location allows for relaxation as it is off of the beaten path of the boardwalk yet offers all of the benefits as it is just a short drive or trolly ride (or bike ride) to many attractions. We rent bikes from Leaming & Ocean Aves behind Surf Shop (there's paid parking there, so easy) & ride Boardwalk to North Wildwood enjoying breakfast and some shopping along the way while on a lovely bike/surrey ride, so much fun! There's Also a Whale Watching boat down on Park Blvd. & Sweetbriar Rd. Atlantic Star taken this several times and always enjoyable, or the Thundercat speedboat tour fun for the whole family! Take a day off of the beach and do a winery or brewery tour, there are many wineries/breweries offering sips or buy a bottle of wine & just bring a snack and sit in their vineyard enjoying the ambiance or return to the balcony w BBQ. The Zoo is another option for a great day. The airport in Cape May has breakfast nook called flight deck and an airplane museum for the kids or ✈️ lovers!
