Beautiful private coastal home located in Navarre Beach, FL. The Emerald Coast's best kept secret! The emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach are incredible! Enjoy all that the area has to offer while visiting local seafood restaurants such as Windjammers or Sailor's grill. Take a bike ride down the island paths, visit the Navarre Beach State Marine Park, or the Navarre Fishing Pier.

The views from this sensational home are spectacular! This home is in a gated community with a pool and tennis court which is ideal for the mature vacationer. The Santa Rosa sound is in your backyard with unobstructed views from the living room, kitchen/breakfast area, and master bedroom. Enjoy views from the two balconies in the front of this gorgeous home or the two balconies on the back of the house overlooking the sound. Just a short one hundred yards from your back doorstep you can be swimming and enjoying the bay waters.

This property includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, second and third bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and second full size bathroom. There is an open living area with a fully stocked kitchen/dining area for preparing meals. This property has extras such as children and adult bikes, multiple kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sporting equipment, beach toys, and outdoor BBQ grill.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

*** There are absolutely NO PETS allowed. The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind. Property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately with any report of an animal on premises. Thank you for understanding. ***

Great property close to public beach access

This property was great. The host was very communicative if something wouldn't be available during our stay. There were kayaks, beach chairs and so much more available for us to use. The views of the sound were gorgeous. The house is off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. Overall, wonderful stay and we'd rent again!

Over all stay was excellent. The pool & hot tub was in poor condition & should be updated. A new home is under construction that virtually blocks the view of the bay. Nice home with outstanding service.

Nice trip

This house was very nice. The layout is great and plenty of space. Some things like the dishwasher and flooring are getting a little outdated/ abused from being a rental, but it doesn't affect the overall feel of the house. We would gladly stay here again.

The house was wonderful! Perfect really! It had many items to use at the beach or sound, loved all of the porches to sit and just enjoy the breeze and sounds. We enjoyed watching birds with our coffee every am! The rental agency went above and beyond, I will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you so much!

Vacationing After Hurricane Sally.

We enjoyed our stay on beautiful Navarre Beach! The house is very nice and only lacking a little TLC; however, Sally made her appearance just a few wks ago so trying to rate appropriately with that in mind. With that said, there was trash and debris lining the streets for pickup. Our family thought this home was great and we loved how close it was to beach access. There are many bikes and kayaks which we put to use and loved! We also loved having an umbrella, beach chairs, and toys for the littles...a nice touch! The only TLC we mention is that it lacks detail such as seating on the balconies, for example. The front porch and upstairs (back) balcony could use seating to enjoy the view and to add to the "cozy" feel. The yard isn't as spacious or nice as the pictures appear. The neighbors are super close which isn't shown either. The downstairs patio area has a small grill which was nice to use during our stay. This area could be a little cozier as well, with better seating and possibly outdoor gaming of some sort. The basement smelled of mildew (assuming from the water from the hurricane) but wasn't as bad with the garage doors open. We ran out of toiletries on day three so you may want to bring your own (one extra is supplied to each bathroom = 2 total). You'll also want to bring handsoap for the kitchen and extra trash bags. We brought extra blankets, after reading reviews from others that the bedding was thin, and that was a great idea! Bedding is very nice and pretty but not very warm, so you'll want to bring extras as well. The pool and hot tub area were closed, assuming due to damage from the storm. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and we know we are probably the first family to stay after Sally, so the outside areas will eventually look better with time. We are grateful that we were still able to vacation with just a few wks after this beautiful island had been hit. We will definitely be back to Navarre!

Navarre Beach is Beautiful

The location of the property is perfect. Navarre and Navarre Beach are a little slice of paradise. We appreciated the relaxed pace and the convience of walking to and from the Gulf side beach. The interior of the house is well maintained and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the exterior living areas are not maintained. All of the exterior decks and furniture were covered in bird poop that had been clearly piling up for weeks, chipping paint and splintered wood. We did have to clean (some required scrubbing) the outdoor furniture before it could be used. We did find all ammenities to be on property as listed. The bicycles were enjoyable to ride. The kayaks were all damaged in some form or another and not rated for the bodies of water that surroud the property. We are experienced kayakers and did not feel safe using them in the Sound and definitely would not use them on the Gulf Side. The neighborhood pool is nice and clean. The hot tub did not work and neighbors confirmed it does not and has not worked for a while. Unfortunately, we found all of the electronic ammenities to be a mess and most not functioning. The property manager was responsive when Wi-fi was not working, but it was a burden on my families vacation as we spent 2 of our precious days coordinating with and supervising AT&T as they repaired what they described as "service that had not been functioning for a couple of months due to interior lines not being properly protected and maintained from environmental damage". This was a huge frustration that could have been avoided if the Property Managers were to do regular maintance checks on the home. Our overall impression was the location is pristine, interior of home was clean and well maintained. The exterior of the home is neglected and in need of regular maintanance that is not happening causing what is clearly deteroration of the home. The access to the Sound is restricted by private property and construction to a very small piece of "beach" shared by the entire neighborhood so at times was blocked by people beaching for the day. Beach access on the Gulf side was perfect and convienent.

Nice home, good beds. Check in was seamless. Quick response to my question on using the kayaks. A little walk to beach access area or a minute drive. Nice to have a pool and tennis court although we did not have time to use them on our 2 night stay. There was tennis rackets and balls, lots of beach toys, 2 beach chairs, pickleball paddles but no balls.

Overall a great stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and beautiful. The beach supplies were nice and we loved the kayaks. The only issue was no internet. This was a trip with my book club, and one of my friends had some work to upload and submit the evening we arrived, but the WiFi was broken and unfixable. The host was nice though and gave us a credit for the inconvenience.

Great location!

We had overall great experience! We rented a golf cart and had a great time riding around! I reached out to property manager who did say they were in the process of updating pictures of back area online. They are building a new house blocking some of the view.

So many amenities!

Had a great visit to the beach! Loved the amenities in the garage: 3 kayaks and lots of life jackets, several bikes, fishing poles, beach toys, beach chair (note, only 1). Was so nice being able to enjoy these activities without hauling things ourselves from home. House was perfect. As noted in other reviews, community hot tub is still not working correctly. Pool is also not heated, but we had enough fun at the beach that we never needed a pool option. Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

Perfect beach home

Beautiful house right on the Sound where we spent a good bit of our time. Very short walk to the ocean side. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views.

Great Stay In Navarre

We just stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house in Navarre. The location was great! We loved waking up to the beautiful water view. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very smooth. We appreciated the property managers checking in to make sure that we were having a good stay. We would highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay!! This home was in a great neighborhood. Beautiful view off the back deck of the sound and easy access to sound as well!! We cooked in every night so kitchen well equipped!! Beautiful Views

The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views of the bay from the back. Easy access to the beach, but it is a little walk for sure. The pool is not heated in October, and it was freezing! The hot tub was not heating either, and that was disappointing. Overall, it was a great stay though.
