Ski in Ski out condo with private Hot Tub backing on Golf course. 2 bed 2 bath.
Settlers Crossing 20 is a one story, ground floor condo that has many large windows for a light-filled open feeling yet the custom wood blinds maintain your privacy.
With the addition of the Orient lift, the East village now has some of the best ski in/out options in all of Sun Peaks, from our door you are moments away from strapping on your skis.
Main room includes an open, well equipped kitchen, a living room with a lovely couch, leather recliners & 50" Flat screen TV. The dining room area that includes dining table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter. This ground floor unit is a true ski in/ski out location with your own locking ski storage area. After a day on the mountain, relax in our hot tub on our private deck or in the living room in front of the 50" flat screen TV with the warmth of the stone fireplace.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet and two night stands with wall mounted TV.
Second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a TV and Play station 3.
The two full bathroom's with heated tile floors.
Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities.
Other luxuries are a in-suite washer / dryer, heated floors, Free secure parking, WIFI, Cable TV, and 2 boot dryers.

My wife Ronnie and I purchased our property at Sun Peaks in 2018. I have been skiing there since 1993 and have been in love with the mountain and the surrounding area since those first trips. My wife and I started skiing there when we met and we have been there every season since. We have been raising two great little skiers on the mountain and are enjoying the summers there as well. Golf, Mountain Biking, hiking, fishing there is an endless amount of activities in the summer. We have been running our vacation rental business since 2018 and have been loving the ability to share our slice of mountain with our guests.

We have rented many properties throughout the resort and fell in love with the East village and the ease of access for both downhill and cross country skiing. There is no need to touch your vehicle once you arrive. Just powder days and Hot tub nights.

This truly is a ski in ski out property. You walk about 100' from our front door and pu your skis on. You can ski right back to the very spot you started.
