Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave one key in the lockbox on the front door and remaining keys on the kitchen counter
Please let us know if you are checking out earlier than your scheduled time
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The unit is available from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month we do not split months unless renting for more than 2 months
Guest must sign rental agreement and complete HOA paperwork with fee or reservation will not be honored. Fee is NOT collected through VRBO
Reservations must be made more than 30 days in advance per the HOA rules. We cannot accept a rental that is less than 30 days prior to arrival

Great Marco Is. Stay

A great stay in a Marco Is. condo. The unit had just what we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was excellently supplied. The complex and pool were a wonderful place to spend our time with friendly people, water aerobics and Wed. night dinners.

Marco Island

Nice clean, well equipped property, with a great view. Only issue is the smoker on the floor below us who apparently can’t smoke in her condo but smokes on her lanai blowing smoke to the annoyance of her neighbors
