Gorgeous 2BR/2BA ground floor condo is located directly across the street from the Beach, in the popular Mariner condos, on the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard. There are two heated swimming pools located within the complex. Super comfy beds and TV's in the master and guest BR's will help you relax and unwind. Complimentary bikes allow you to explore the island. This very clean condo has been renovated with tile floors throughout. Washer and dryer make washing beach towels a breeze. Sit in the luxurious leather couch with electric reclining seats while watching TV. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the love seat on the lanai. It's paradise!

Amazing location

We stayed at this condo for 3 months. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the closest public beach access. There are a number of restaurants that are within walking distance of the condo. This condo comes with 4 bikes and any beach accessory you could possibly need. The king size bed in the master is super comfy. Plenty of extra bed linens and pillows as well as a blow up mattress. The kitchen had most everything you would need to make full meals. The washer/dryer unit inside the condo is a very nice feature. The pool is roughly 10 steps from the back lanai. Mary is very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s condo very much! The condo is in a close knit condo complex where the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The ladies even have water aerobics M-F from 10:30-11:30….so fun! The unit is small but has most things that you might need. Closet space is minimal, but there is drawer space. The furniture and mattresses are comfortable. The only hiccup was that we had to secure our own mailbox as Mary does not want anyone to use hers. I was unaware of this until just before coming down (we stayed for three months). There is a lot of paperwork involved and the paperwork must be notarized. The cost for the smallest mail slot was $120 (for 3 months)plus you will need to drive to pick it up.

Finding a condo close to the beach was our top priority when we started looking for a place on Marco Island. The Mariner is the perfect location, across the street from the Beach, and just a walk or bike ride away to the many delicious restaurants and shops on the island.

What makes this property unique

Marco is definitely a bicycle rider's paradise! Large sidewalks and trails are all over the island. The Mariner is also across the street from San Marco Catholic Church.
