Located at the quiet, more private end of Alligator Point. Great for relaxing. A short walk to the gated bird sanctuary or to the Alligator Point Marina. Anchor your boat in front of the house or at the Marina. A beautiful view of the bay as we watch pelicans, sea gulls and eagles fly by at eye level.
Watch the Great Blue Heron and egrets in the tidal pond adjacent to the house or dolphins roll in the bay out front. All the comforts of our everyday life nestled in the shady pines of this quie spot of nature.
