This condo has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. You can walk from the condo to the beach and be set up to relax and kick back in less than 10 minutes. And the balcony has great views of the beautiful Florida sunsets.

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and well appointed. Convenient location and as long as you have no issues with stairs it's a great place to stay.

A great trip and stay

Our 2nd time to stay in this condo. Its furnished very nice (decor and furniture). A comfortable nights sleep (master bedroom). There were a couple of minor issues that were remedied right away (CondoRental is very easy to work with). A couple of things that would be helpful would be a few more pieces of dishware and some beach towels). Would happily stay here again.

There are plenty of great benefits in this condo. For example we love the location & the amenities. The reason we gave it a fair rating primarily is because the condo itself needs updating. The beds, mattresses, bed linens, comforters need to be upgraded. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The kitchen had only 2 knives and one of those was a paring knife. There was only one mixing/serving bowl. I'll end on a positive note. We enjoyed the sunrise right outside the bedroom window & sunsets outside the living room slider. The rooftop deck was great for stargazing.

We found this condo to be a great fit for us. There were some inefficiencies but the good outweighed the negative. The kitchen could have been better stocked with bowls for storage. We bought some since we cooked at home quite a bit. The condo was clean. We cleaned the AC vents since they were dusty & we were staying for a month. Our biggest upset was the corridor entry door which basically slammed whenever anybody entered or exited. That was very annoying. We watched many beautiful sunsets from our deck and were amazed by the stars from the rooftop deck !! The outside stairs & grounds were shabby looking. We appreciated the flowers that were planted during our stay. The pools, hot tubs and access to be beach were amazing. Overall a positive stay. We will definitely consider booking again with Condo Rentals.com. They were responsive to our early concerns.

Worst Stay EVER

I booked this place when I saw the pictures online of beautiful views, cleanliness, decor and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Firstly, the beds were all horrible. Every move was followed with squeaks and noise. You could hear tossing and turning from the other room! The beds were obviously too old and extremely uncomfortable. The condo was dirty in the corners and on the baseboards throughout the home. Lack of proper cleaning. There were signs of damage to counters, walls, tables, and fixtures. No efforts were made to maintain the home. Plus the couches were so old the padding and stuffing were completely warped and sagging. Also, there were barely any channels on the television. The "view" was completely destroyed by all the construction going on around the property. It was an obstacle course to drive or walk. Now when you spend a good amount of money you expect a decent and clean place. This place was none of those things. To top it off, I contacted the concierge to see if anything could be done about the beds because sleep is so vital and we weren't getting any. The concierge said they needed to contact the owner to get permission for anything. Of course the owner never responded because they knew they were providing less than mediocre accommodations. Needless to say, we had to purchase our own temporary beds. We left a day early because we value our sleep and we were not getting any at all. What a horrible way to spend the only vacation we took this year!

Close enough to everything!

Love the location! The listing and pictures seemed a little dated once we arrived and there were a few small issues with the property. Jolene in the office was very helpful and worked diligently to resolve our small issues. The explorie program is neat but not nearly as much value as it would seem by the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice little place 🌴

Family of four spent 4 nights 3 days here. Great find for the budget. The heated pool & hot tub are very close to this apt (go through the farthest door from unit and follow boardwalk to the facilities).The other 2 pools and hot tub are also walking distance. The beach is an easy walk for someone in decent shape but could prove challenging for someone carrying lots of gear, very young children, lazy teenagers or one who tires easily. Grocery store and large surf shop are close by along with some restaurants. The condo is bright and inviting. It was clean and had enough supplies to accommodate 4 adults. The queen bed is a bit uncomfortable (worn out in the middle) and the celing fan makes a squeaking noise that kept us awake the first night. We bought a fan and it helped. The twin beds had no complaints. The kitchen is well equipped. Be sure to take a picture of your welcome packet. There are codes and numbers you may need. The residents and guests were very nice. Also, as a guest in the "I" building you will have access to the roof top which is VERY close to this unit. The views are incredible! Especially sun rise/set and moonlit nights! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

The unit is spacious and open. We really liked the bright colors and decor. The large kitchen and ample counter space was great for cooking/preparing meals but there definitely needs to be kitchen/dish towels and a drying pad provided. The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. Our queen bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. It dipped in and felt as though an elephant had been sleeping on it. The mattresses on the beds in the second bedroom were comfortable but whenever someone moved or rolled over, they both made very loud, squeaky noises.

We liked being on the top floor with no units above us. The open layout of this condo is really nice. The kitchen is large and there is ample counter space. Dish towels and a drying pad need to be provided for guests. The queen bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Both the twin beds in the second bedroom were noisy. Every time a person moved in one of the twin beds it made loud, squeaky noises. The remote/TV in the master bedroom did not work.

Family vacation first time in St Augustine

This Condo was absolutely amazing and met every expectation! It was clean and felt like home right when we walked in. The kids had a absolute blast and we loved that it was so spacious especially with a toddler. We would definitely go back to this property.

Great stay

The property was amazing! While it was a spacious apartment, it felt cozy at the same time. It all had all new appliances and electronics. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great! It is in a great location just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely recommend to others and will plan to stay there again if available! Thank you again!

Living the dream in St. Augustine

Lush landscaping, beautiful Hibiscus plants, the buildings are painted a muted blue, so they blend against the sky and compliment all the foliage, quiet, well maintained, clean, friendly staff, friendly residents, close to great restaurants and shopping, amazing beaches with private access. A true Oasis!

Nice stay for the most part

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great complex and is a quick walk to the beach. There are 3 different pools to check out and lots of parking. The condo was beautifully decorated. However, the floor was quite sandy upon arrival, there was a good amount of hair in the tub drain (where I needed to bathe my 1 year old) and we were not supplied with any paper towels/napkins and were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. We have never had to buy these products at other airbnb properties before. A second garbage bag would have at least been nice so we didn't have to buy an entire box. I did text the property manager to see if there were any extra supplies but I never received a response. Unfortunately, the most frustrating thing was the unexpected fire alarm that went off a little before 9 am one morning. Of course we followed the drill and immediately went outside. Come to find out that the fire alarms were scheduled to be tested that day. We understand that these things happen but we received no notice from either the front office nor property manager. Had we known to expect a drill then we could have planned accordingly and used that time more wisely vs standing in the parking lot in our pajamas with a 1 year old for 30 minutes. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was nice to have the tub option in the one bathroom as well. The washer and dryer really came in handy. I would advise the property managers to get new mattresses for the beds. My husband, mother, and I did not get good sleep due to the stiffness and over-exaggerated creakiness of all 3 beds. Overall, I would definitely stay in this complex again in the future but not in this condo unless there were some improvements.

Cute, comfortable, just needs a few fixes

Overall it was a very nice place. We were quite comfortable. It is decorated super cute and was very close to walk to beach and pools. We all had a tough time sleeping because so much light comes through the window shades. Some curtains would make a huge difference! Also the kids beds were very creaky and woke them up multiple times during the night.

Nice and Simple

The location was near the beach, we could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. The cleanliness did not meet our expectations for two reasons: 2 of the 3 beds had dirty sheets which included hair, and the porch was full of dirt and dust. We called management for a toiled that was not flushing and they fixed it within the hour. We also asked for soap which they had available at the front desk. If you do choose to go to this property I suggest you bring some lysol wipes and your own beach towels (since they do not supply these).

Great Location

Great location, quiet, beautiful grounds and pool areas, very clean and comfortable. However, kitchen was inadequately stocked it lacked simple items such as cooking utensils, large pot, not enough plates, glasses, etc. The sheets for the master bedroom belonged in the garbage, bought new ones for our stay. It was extremely cold and no extra blankets for beds. Would stay again knowing that we would be required to bring missing essentials.
