Trouble free vacation

Overall -couldnt have been better great location short drive to shops restaurants and attractions walking distance to pools tennis & pickleball courts and of course beach very clean with all the amenities included

Great location

We had a great time during our stay. My kids loved the board games and the fact that they each had their own bed. It was very close to the beach for early morning sunrise walks or late night walks. The cleanliness needs improvement. There were bloody washcloths left in the washing machine and there was a pair of someone else’s underwear under the tv stand in the twin bed room along with large amounts of dust.

Nice Condo on the beach

The checkin process was complicated by not having filled out a form for parking. We were not sent this in advance. We were not given the accurate gate code to get to the beach. The property was comfortable, however the hair dryer did not operate, and one of the living room lamps needed a light bulb. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Nice but needs some TLC

Great location, very close to the beach. Publix & Starbucks just up the street and nice restaurants close by. Old St. Augustine was only 10 minutes up the road The condo was comfortable and came with 3 beach chairs, 2 beach towels (not enough for four) beach umbrella and a boogie board. Well stocked plates, glasses & other kitchen items. the condo itself needs some repairs and maintenance. Sent notice to agency with repair requests but no one ever came by. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there.

Love st Augustine

Property is as described, we got what we paid for, nothing fancy but met our needs. We did have issue with cable (Xfinity) not working in family room, and Vacasa tried to address over phone without success. They then said they would have local team contact us to fix it, they never did. King bed/mattress has large indentations (slings) on each side, not very comfortable to me but my husband didn’t mind it. It was nice to take beach chairs to beach and hang out, all within walking distance. We also used hot tub two times, it was clean and only a few steps from door!

Great location

Overall we were happy with the condo. The grounds were clean and had lots to do for the kids. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, but like other reviews stated, it was very dated. The appliances were old and the dishwasher was full of rust. Being on the first floor was nice for loading and unloading, but the patio looks at a parking lot, so definitely not “ocean view”. My biggest issue though were the sheets and beds! The sheets felt dirty and dusty? We actually washed everything thinking they were unclean, but I think they were just old? Also, the front door lock code is long, and took some getting used to. We did love walking out the door right on to the hot tub, but we also got to hear everyone else in the hot tub. Overall we loved the location, but if we went back, we would try to find another unit in the same complex.

St. Augustine Beach Getaway / needs improvement

The Living area is nicely updated as pictured. Overall it was a nice week getaway location. The price is too high for what is provided in this Condo. I’m usually not very picky when it comes to the location near the beach. The Kitchen is older but functional. Some furniture need overhaul. Eating area has two loose chair seat tops. One twin bed has a loose headboard. The Ceiling fan in the master bedroom started throwing sparks and smoke therefore we unplugged it. There is a defective power outlet cover on the left side of master bedroom. A fire extinguishers fell and damaged the molding in the laundry area prior to arrival. Reported these items via phone call to Vacasa guest services hotline 800-544-0300 and we were supposed to be contacted for repairs for electrical safety issues but nobody called us back. Therefore is the existing customer care not sufficient. I’m not trying to make anything sound lesser. These been just facts we been dealing with. Have photos if requested.
