About this property

House with Private Pool & Spa

Three bedroom, 2 bath house in Sundance Golf community. House has private pool, hot tub and garage (garage parking is not available as we keep our car in there) with 3 outside parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice one level ranch. No smoking. Sleeps 6 nicely. Pool is heated by solar panels so outside temperatures need to be in the eighties to heat pool warm enough to swim. Washer and dryer are also included. There's a barbecue grill, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, icemaker, dishes, towels, bedding, etc and cute patio furniture. It's a lovely place to relax. Wi fi included. We also have two bicycles for your enjoyment. Dogs allowed with fee.

There is a 500.00 additional fee if you smoke in the house.

We live in Alaska and eventually plan on using the house more when we retire. We are starting to look forward to more time in the warmth of Arizona.

Why they chose this property

We like that the house is a single level....no stairs. Also the private pool and hot tub are very nice instead of sharing with a community of people. It’s a nice family neighborhood .

What makes this property unique

It's a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to places and things to do. The stadium, golfing, nascar, spring training etc,
