Excellent condo! It was very clean. The communication for checking in/out and during our stay was the best we have ever had renting a vacation property. Great location; beach front and ocean view was perfect. Close to great restaurants and Gulf State Park. Highly recommend!

The condo was located conveniently by the elevators with easy access to pool and beach. The complex was centrally located to restaurants and shops. The rooms we ample size and everything we needed was available. Would definitely recommend this condo and the complex to friends.

Perfect accommodations

The condo looked just as the photos. We were impressed by how well-kept this property was, and our favorite area to hang out was the balcony. Without a doubt, we will make another reservation in the future.

The view was spectacular. The balcony was roomy with lot s of seating. Building B has a view without the pool--you see just the beach. We liked the space and felt that the three of us had lots of room to spread out in the condo. The queen bed was not very comfortable and my sister ended up moving into the room with the twin beds. Those beds were comfortable. The bed in the primary bathroom was very comfy.

This condo is very, very nice - it is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is better in-person with a very large balcony for relaxing and watching the water. We have stayed in the Summer House condos 3x now and our kids LOVE the pool plus you are also oceanfront. You are in the heart of the action - can't go wrong with this condo.

Great family vacation!

This was the perfect rental for our family. It was clean, fresh, and the property was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, we did a lot of cooking. We used the outdoor grill for cooking out. Our kids loved the grassy area in the back for playing ball. We will be back!
