The apartment was in a great spot, walking distance from Manito Park and MANY coffee places. I was comfortable and warm during my stay; I'm glad I chose this apartment!
My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. We highly recommend Sushi Blossom around the corner, serving incredibly fresh food!
This little apartment was perfect for me and my dog. Lovely neighborhood for walking the pup. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfy, and the Roku TV was great for relaxing evenings. Close to the wonderful Manito Park and an easy drive to shopping and downtown. Several restaurants within walking distance, too. I will definitely stay there when I’m in Spokane.
The apartment is one of three in a house built over a 120 years ago. The building is next to another 120 old one with two apartments. There's an on-location laundry room that is staffed by a capable housekeeper. The buildings have seen many renovations so you see a mix of really old fixtures and really new ones. For example, the front door to this apartment was decades old but windows were recent. You can see similar differences between the really old wood-floors in the living room, a different kind of flooring in the bedroom, a really dated/old flooring in the closet and a relatively new floor in the kitchen and bath.Although clean throughout, the bathroom sink didn't drain. The housekeeper was prompt and gave me some tools and liquid (draino like) and I took care of it. Someone that stayed before us must have shaved his beard. The bedroom had a kingsized bed but the mattress was really bad (soft). Both of us had sore backs each morning. On the 2nd day, the next-door apartment was occupied by a couple and their two large dogs. Both dogs were stressed out when the owners were gone. We ended texting the property owner and they replied that they would talk to them. That didn't seem to work as the dogs were back to being stressed out the next day. Constant barking wasn't what we were hoping for! Clogged drain and mattress were avoidable I guess. Other guests w/ dogs - can't be controlled.
My friend and i with my old man dog had a great time! It was welcoming and very cute inside. Considering it was 108 degrees the week we decided to stay here it was pleasant! I really don't have any complaints. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and learning about the history of the house is quite amazing! The neighborhood was better than expected and the park just a hop, skip, and a jump away was very beautiful. We will dinette come back and stay.

Cute little place, perfect for my work trip and allows pets which is always a plus! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood near restaraunts and close to everything. Only thing I would say is there was an interesting smell, and th bathroom had some black almost mold looking all over the ceiling. But nothing I couldn’t take care of and manage. I would stay again.
