Located in a quiet and peaceful gated & walled modern development with paved streets and marina.
The home is located about an hour from Panama City (One and a half hours from the airport) depending on time of day and traffic! Two local dive shops who will assist with diving tours and training within a few miles of our home. Tour the old Spanish fort at Portobello as well as the old city.
Abundant Fishing, Hiking and dinning at quaint local restaurants along the beach roads again within a few miles of the home, you a local taste of Panama.
The Free Zone at Colon provides for exceptional shopping opportunities when you travel to Colon City. Cuatro Altos Shopping Center just be fore you get to Colon (On the left of the highway) has many stores and Banks to do your shopping.
Sabanitas and area has numerous banks and grocery stores, as well as small shops.

Tenant booked home with no internet. Refused to let our maintenance man fix hot water wich only took 10 minutes. Offered her use of empty unit shower and pool, also refused! Also internet at that unit which she did use. Obliviously doesn't like Americans (sorry) and after we and our employee provided many extra services for her, we are diapointed in her post. We did our very best to please with transportation and shopping . Went out of our way to please putting aside our holiday willingly for her. Weather bad with rough seas which we are sorry we can't control such. Wish her the best only.
