Pegasus Lair Upper Floor Midtown/Crosstown/Crosstown Concourse
This is an adult unit only. Because of stairs and lack of child proofing, it is listed as no children allowed from 0-12 years old. There are security cameras for your safety, monitoring the exterior of the home. Please be aware, the maximum occupancy for the unit is four adults. One additional adult only if requested ahead of booking, and that adult is an additional 20.00 charge per day to be added to the fees. We want no misunderstandings about these issues. Hospitality is our aim, and your understanding of these issues will ensure we achieve it. No outside guests. No parties, no gatherings.
ABSOLUTELY NO BOOKINGS FROM MEMPHIS AREA ACCEPTED WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS. IF YOU HAVE A 901 AREA CODE CELL NUMBER YOU WILL BE CANCELLED.
This is a place for travelers and visitors from outside the area to relax and rest from their time spent visiting Memphis and it's attractions and restaurants. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. BOOKINGS FROM A 100 MILE RADIUS OF MEMPHIS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED. IDENTIFICATION MAY BE REQUESTED AT TIME OF ARRIVAL.
NO SAME DAY BOOKINGS ALLOWED.
We support animal rescue, specifically Tunica Humane Society. We have dogs in the back yards which the unit overlooks. Some are adopted rescues, some are failed fosters. They will probably greet your arrivals. For obvious reasons, we can’t let guests mingle with them or enter the back yards. If you bring your pet, we will supply a crate for it for when you are gone. The Greenline, right around the corner, is a great path for miles...for dog walking, jogging and running.
We appreciate you staying with us. If there is anything we can do to make your stay with us better, let us know. If we are available, your requests will be met with expediency. We want Memphis to be a place you smile about in the memories of your travels.
Beale Street Music Fest must book all three days of the festival. Thank you.

We loved this historic home and beautiful neighborhood Don was great to work with If we ever get a chance to come visit Memphis again we would love to stay here again!
Older home in midtown. Upstairs would be issue for older folks. Safe area. Close to Crosstown, Rhodes College and Alex’ Tavern. Clean, well equipped and host was nearby and attentive. Would stay again. Bathtub would be a little tricky, especially for older folks.
This was one of my most favorite stays in a VRBO, Air B&B, etc. When i pulled up, I let my dog out (on leash) to let him check things out and maybe do a little business, and that's when the owner came right out to the street to shake my hand and meet us.He is very pleasant gentleman; eaay to talk to; friendly and accommodating. The home itself didn't feel like a place we rented for the night; it really felt like home with the most comfortable beds ever ... and the decorations were awesome. Very comfortable. 11/10 - will be staying again.
Enjoyed the neighborhood and felt very safe! The owners were excellent communicators and the cute cats in the neighborhood were a great bonus!

A hidden gem of a stay with tons of character! No one will be disappointed staying here (except if you can't extend your time in Memphis!). Had a great time and highly recommend staying here.
Lovely older home with a great location- easy access to all of downtown and midtown. Host was communicative and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Thank you so much, Lori! We hope you will visit again!
This property was excellent and with the owner right next door, we were able to customize arrival time. Communication with the owner was top notch: quick responses and a desire to take care of our needs. We visit Memphis often, and I’d definitely stay here again.
We returned to Memphis to celebrate our anniversary after honeymooning there 20 years ago. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very charming and walkable.
