Great to be on the less touristy side of Maui

We loved the fact that the unit is located in the less tourist focused side of Maui. I loved walking to Hookipa beach each day to watch the surfers. A bonus was that we saw quite a few turtles on our walks. We really appreciated the little things like sharp knives, a water filter, comfortable bed and good quality towels. As others have said, the curb appeal of the building isn't great but the unit itself has been decorated well in keeping with the beach location.

Perfect start to our hawaiian vacation

Our flight was delayed, luggage late, we were so tired and wondering what else could go wrong. But instructions to the VRBO lication and access were perfect, and the place is adorable. Such sweet touches like fan folded towels helped us unwind. Yes, there is traffic that you hear, but no loud city noises. Everything worked fine, with the exception of a slightly "sticky" screen door. But that's common in tropical weather. We definitely recommend this sweet place.
