Ocean Blue Unit 1101 is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Penthouse Unit, perfectly situated on the South end of Myrtle Beach. Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a wonderful experience. The condo was perfectly clean. All the furnishings were in good shape and very comfortable. The amenities were beyond our expectation. This was overall one of the best, if not the best property I've stayed in. I highly recommend the property and the owner.

Oceanfront, Spacious Condo

Being oceanfront was great. The condo was recently updated and clean, but some dust on dishes and entertainment center from the remodel. Maintenance was very quick to respond to minor issues we had on our stay. The listing said pools are heated (both indoor and outdoor pools were too cold to swim in in April). The property was very nice, but the surrounding properties are not. Less than half a mile down, drug dealers were trying to sell my kids drugs, and the weed smell was in the air everywhere surrounding our property. I did like how close we were to the boardwalk and we had fun down that way. The condo itself is extremely spacious, and the walls were thick. Every couple felt like they had their own space to relax in which is really nice on a trip with multiple adult couples. The view of the beach was so beautiful from the condo.

Great room

Our room had everything you needed. The two refrigerators really came in handy. Everyone having their own bathroom was awesome. The pool facilities could use a little updating and were dirty a few times.

Very Comfortable

Positives:location,clean,great views, large balcony,plenty of room, 2 refrigerators were great! No negatives, few inconveniences: small parking areas, not much in the kitchen utility wise/ glasses, pans etc.
