Spacious 3Bdrm with Private Pool, Hot Tub, pool table; close to Water& Ski Parks

Our house (approx. 2000 sq ft) is located in a secure gated community in Albrightsville PA.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with kitchen bar open towards the dining area, beautiful living room and playroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds and large closet. In master bedroom there is additional trundle bed which may be used as twin size bed or after extending it- it becomes a full size bed. 2nd bedroom also has additional twin size folding bed. Bathroom on main floor has bathtub so you can take long bath after exciting day. It also has a separate vanity room with additional sink in it.

There is also a half circle driveway (U style) for up to 5 cars.

In our large modern kitchen you will find all needed appliances- large fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers-one for ground coffee and 2nd for Tassimo pods, toaster and kettle. You will find various pots and pans, cups, plates bowls and utensils. You can have a quick snack by kitchen bar, or you can choose to have your meal in dining area of our living room by large dining table.
In a living room there is a sofabed (full size bed available after opening) and double recliner, 52” smart tv, (netflix and hulu available), blue ray player and wifi internet.

Downstairs in lower level you will find great playroom where you will be able to unwind after active day by the bar, play Pool Table Foosball or Darts or just sit and relax while watching a film on our wall size screen.
On lower lever there is also 2nd bathroom with shower and laundry with washer and dryer available for our guests.

Playroom sliding door opens to our spacious porch and backyard. There is bbq gas grill (no charcoal needed) available to use on the porch and large dining table for meals outside. You will be able also to relax in our hot tub all year round, or enjoy some pool time during summer in our private pool in backyard (our pool is heated by sun, not electric heating). There is also a firepit to enjoy evening campfire.

Kids will definitely enjoy our backyard monsterweb swing and wood playset with slide, swing and clubhousehouse among other attractions, while parents will be able to relax on porch wicker set with cold beverage.

The community where the house is located has a clubhouse, five lakes, 2 outdoor pools and also a kiddie pool (open starting late June). There are tennis courts and basketball courts as well (all community amenities are available with guest passes-we have 10 of such passes allowed by the community to have for guests).

The house is located close to many attractions among them you can find Camelback ski resort (30 minute drive), Camelbeach water park (30 minute drive), Pocono Raceway (10 minute drive), The Corssings Premium outlets for shoppers (25 minutes away), Shoprite supermarket and Walmart(15 minute drive) so you can conveniently buy all you need once you arrive. For most needed everyday items there is Dollar General located 10 minutes drive from our house as well as CVS pharmacy if needed.
