Pleasant relaxing stay

Fins and Feathers lodge was a warm welcoming week full of sun and relaxing fun. I would stay again however I believe the owner will now live there full time after this year

Wonderful getaway!!

The house had everything and anything you possibly needed to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and stress free. We absolutely loved our stay. The View we had was beautiful and watched many duck's come by. Huge basement where kids got to all hangout and have fun watching movies and playing games. The owners are the best. If you have any concerns or questions they immediately get back to you. We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to family and friends.

Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay at Fins and Feathers. We highly recommend bringing your boat or PWC and utilizing the wonderful dock. It was a very relaxing week with fishing, tubing, and just generally enjoying the water. Lake Bonaparte is beautiful.

Beautiful property

We came to view the total solar eclipse. Jay the owner was communicative and the property was lovely! Incredible views of the lake, secluded and beautiful. The loons at night are transcendent!

Nice property

Overall a very good property. Couldn’t give it five stars because of the water pressure and the time it takes for the water to get hot. No other complaints though.

Wish I could have stayed longer

I booked my stay prior to Hurricane Ian hitting Fort Myers. Our house was not horribly damaged; some downed trees and fence but no roof or water damage. It was a nice escape. I miss New York in the fall with all the gorgeous colors. Visited lots of people and places. I would definitely recommend Fins and Feathers.

Beautiful home with a great view

Had a great stay with family members. The home has a lot of space for indoor and outdoor relaxation. We went off season so did not use the water features, but has a nice private beach area and dock. We saw loons and swans which was really cool.

The house was big and spacious for a family gathering. It has internet :) The grandchildren truly enjoyed the sand beach. The view of the lake from the house ,especially the balcony, was beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay

Amazing Wedding Celebration

We had an amazing two weeks at Lake Bonaparte. The camp was amazing absolutely stunning for our wedding photos. Jay was great to work with as was Suzanne the caretaker.

Fantastic Family Reunion

Accommodations were wonderful. Spectacular views of the Lake. Huge sandbox in front where kids played for hours while going in and out of water. Very shallow beach for little ones. Adults and the Teens enjoyed kayaks, floating toys, and inflatable paddle boards. Shallow for serious swimmers. Camp itself spectacular. Master suite is a jewel. Hugh rhombus room downstairs has 2nd kitchen and full bath. Excellent internet. People flew in from around the world the world for family reunion and others visited via streaming services. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Cottage is amazing. Plenty of room for the 9 people we had. Our weather was not good but the set up at the cottage made it work. You should give past renters a chance to book the same week. Oh well 5 star for sure!

Very Nice Property

My family of four rented this for three nights in late April. The property sits right on the water and is very nicely appointed. The back of the house faces west for spectacular sunsets. We will definitely rent again if we can find availability!

Fins and Feathers Lodge is a beautiful and spacious home literally just feet from Lake Bonaparte. Nothing to do but sit on the deck or dock and enjoy the surroundings. Will definitely be back. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home.
