**The boat lift is NOT available for guest use. However, guests are welcome to securely tie up their boats to the dock at their own discretion.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults

One of the most relaxing vacation destination spots we have ever been to. Very clean, comfortable and serene. Had a great time fishing off the dock, relaxing on top of the dock and spending quality time with the family. Would 100% come back!

We really loved our stay here - the home had everything we needed and was so nice to be on the water to watch the boats go by. We were also about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Really nice stay!

Wonderful Lake Austin Home

Beautiful new home on the water with wonderful 3-story over the water deck. Super clean with very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed grilling and eating our meals on the deck with the gorgeous view while we watched everyone boating and skiing on the lake. The perfect relaxing getaway while still near everything Austin has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Lake House!

Overall we loved this house. Had a slight issue when we arrived of our code not working but it was solved in a matter of minutes! Few more stairs than we originally thought but the views more than made up for it. Fair warning, not much parking space or space to bring a boat trailer down. We had a hard time getting boat turned around but it worked. Would for sure stay here again. The views from the living area are amazing!!!

The property was very nice with beautiful view of the lake. Pellet Grill and Gas Grill worked well. The trees need to be trimmed walking across the skywalk to the boat house / deck. Screen on sliding glass door is broken. Not a problem though. Needs a cork screw for opening wine.

Great Weekend!

We had a great weekend at this home and Key Concierge helped us set up some fun things that made it special. This home is small and decorated very well so it makes it very cozy. It was also well stocked in the kitchen so we had everything we needed to get a family through a weekend. Beware that there are a lot of stairs between the dock and in the house. Our legs were sore from going up & down stairs all weekend and we are very fit bikers/runners. So may not be great for those with any physical difficulties. But, was a great rental and we would rent here again for a weekend of lake fun.

We were very pleased with the location and the ability to relax in the mornings with a long music day. I would stay again, however, for improvements the owners need to make the technology a bit simpler. Never was able to just get local tv downstairs and the iPad to work the AC was not able to open. Rentals need instructions and if your management company says they are available 24/7 then someone needs to pick up the phone. We waited the 24 hours to get answers and never got a fix.

Beautiful and close

We actually live in Austin and just wanted a change of scenery. This was perfect. It's not far from town (about 25 minutes to downtown) and the property management company and concierge service are very responsive and helpful. We even had a question on a Sunday and it was answered quickly. The property looks like the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The only "complaint" we have is that the deck railings on both levels were covered with cobwebs with bugs caught in them. Lots. (I would say this area probably needs more attention than it gets, but I also think the fact that it's under a ton of trees probably makes this happen quickly) - I would have cleaned them myself, but I couldn't actually find a broom. That said, the house itself definitely felt clean and taken care of. And the outdoor space is really beautiful and has plenty of comfortable seating up top. We are already talking about booking another stay!

A lovely home with just a few "glitches"

We planned a family vacation by the lake w/ hopes to relax, "unplug" & enjoy some time on the water. The PROs - Family area, kitchen, bathrooms & bdrms were clean, spacious & well-appointed with nice furniture & up-to-date amenities. The indoor/outdoor living spaces were lovely. We were steps from the water/deck/boat dock. The management company was readily accessible thru the app. Overall, this was a lovely home with all we needed with a few exceptions. The GLITCHES: At this time, it was extremely hot outside (multiple days with 100+ temperatures). 1) The A/C Condensor units failed on the 1st night. We contacted the management company in the am & they sent a maintenance person to install 2 portable window A/C units that afternoon. He did a nice, clean job but the materials failed & the cardboard/duct tape pulled out of the window around 2 am the next night. Another HOT night. The next day, the management company sent out a professional a/c repair technician who said major work needed to be done to the units BUT the work had to be authorized & could NOT be done any time soon. Meanwhile, we had to check the portable units throughout the day & night to ensure the seals not pull away again. The home never truly cooled down. 2. A boat is pictured (& a review stated it was nice to use), but neither boat nor the boat lift was available. 3. Ants in bathroom (looking for water?) 4. Multiple random packages were delivered to home. We pulled them in & placed them in hallway.

We took a private plane from Philadelphia and were looking for a Covid free place to socialize with our children who live in Austin. This place offered a very relaxing and quiet location on lake Austin; beautiful views, comfortable house although a bit funky with the electronic controls. Took a while to figure things out. The outdoor area was exceedingly comfortable, but we had to spend some time cleaning up the cob webs on the deck. Not because the property wasn’t clean, perhaps more a factor of being on the lake? Only suggestions: Need storage space in the bedrooms to unpack clothes and instructions on how to use controls and TVs.

Labor Day weekend retreat

We had a great time staying here. It is a tranquil location on the lake. The multi-story dock is great for hanging out and spending time on the water. The house itself is on the smaller side but it doesn't matter as you will be spending most of your time outdoors anyways. We would certainly book again!
