Comfortable, spacefull, cosy and well equipped apartment with private pool located in peaceful surrounding at Kastel Gomilica (first floor) in family house with beautiful view to the island Čiovo & Marjan. Apartment is located at the down valley of Kozjak where the nature is still untouched.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

The apartment is very spacious with three bedrooms (five beds), two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with sofa. You have at your own disposal beautiful swimming pool and garden with fireplace. In this place you can relax and spend your holidays.

Beautiful well equipped property

We were a family of 6 and found this property a delight. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean ... even better than the pictures. The pool area is lovely and private with peach and plum trees overhanging the steps down to it. Visnja is very responsive and very welcoming, happy to offer help and suggestions but also very respectful of privacy. We had a car which was useful because the property is set back on a height about a 20 minute walk from the main waterfront where the beaches, shops and restaurants are. This would be a tough walk in the heat and it was fun to be able to visit Split Old Town, Trogir and some of the other surrounding Kastels which are a short drive away. The only downside I can think of is that there are plenty of mosquitoes in the area but Visnja was very kind in giving us some of her homemade repellent. Overall we had a very enjoyable week in a lovely property and if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle we highly recommend this.

Apartment is equipped with all modern and comfortable contents and large terrace. It is located far from city Solin (Salona-UNESCO) by 6 km, while from the center of city Split (Diocletian palace -UNESCO) by 12 km. City Trogir (UNESCO) is just 10 km far from the apartment and situated on the other side. Sea beach and ACY Marine (where one can find all the facilities like restaurants, exchange office and other) are around 1300 m far from the apartment, while supermarkets LIDL, Plodine and Konzum are not far from the apartment (around 1 km).
Kastel Gomilica is a coastal place with ancient Dalmatian architecture, one of 7 castles with ACY marina Kastela.

You have at your own disposal private pool (34 square meter) and garden with fireplace. There are two separate entrances one for the apartment and the other from large terrace to the pool.
