Right in the heart of Jatiúca, in the Stela Maris subdivision, considered the most complete and quietest neighborhood in the city. You can do everything on foot, because in a 500m radius you will find everything you need, such as great restaurants, bars, cafeterias, supermarkets, bakeries, shops, gyms and public transport (buses) ..
The space has a balcony, two rooms, three large bedrooms, two with air conditioning and double beds, and one with two single beds and a fan, but well ventilated. kitchen, laundry area, 2 large bathrooms, 01 with electric shower and one with super shower, ideal for relaxing and “taking a hangover”. Fully furnished, TV, air conditioning, fans, stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, iron, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. bed linen bath table. And another hammock to take a nap.
We also have 1 parking space at no additional cost.
