3 BR/2 BA/NURSERY -PETS OK.Ask 1st.20lb max.3 miles from parkway pigeon forge

It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I Do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 3 queen size bed’s, 1-twin. 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..I'm Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house….

Barbara's place was the perfect place for us to stay with our friends. The location, cleanliness, kitchen, rooms, and space couldn't have been better for the four of us. We were close enough to the Great Smoky Mountains for hiking and exploring as well as close enough to check out the area attractions, yet we enjoyed peace and quiet at this rental.

Fantastic place to stay with a family. Very fairly priced place. Host was fantastic and went above and beyond. This place is literally 5 min from Downtown Pigeon Forge, yet gives you a private place to rest your head not too far up the foothills. Definitely plan on booking again in the future!!

Barbara didn’t disappoint! She really did have everything we needed at her place. The outside lights didn’t work, and when I messaged her about it, she got that taken care of the next day. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is because the cleaners didn’t sweep the floors well enough. We found a glow stick under a chair, a vitamin tablet under a bed, and an earring back on the bedroom floor. There was also an odd smell on the upholstered oversized recliner. Everything else was great though! We would stay there again.
Safe fenced in yard. Perfect for small dogs. Barbara even had a pooper scooper and dog poop bags available!

Very clean house. All appliances work. Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen is nice. New washer and dryer is nice. Great location too, only a few minutes to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof Alpine Coaster is like a mile down the road and it’s fun too! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again next time!

My husband and 2 dog kids stayed at Barbara’s place. It is homey and comfortable! Anything you might need is available to you. We appreciated the fenced in front yard for our fur kids. We had comfortable beds, great WiFi, and lots of room. I highly recommend Barbara’s place for your next getaway.
