The villa is situated in the lush tropical hillside of Pointe-Aux-Sel on the East Coast Road of Mahe with stunning views of the Bay. The villa is open planned with a fully equipped kitchen that flows to the living room and large veranda all overlooking the deep blue Indian Ocean. There are three bedrooms (one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs) with all with en suites bathrooms, private balcony and stunning sea views. The Villa is a two story with glorious sea views and mountain views.The villa is very private with an easy and peaceful ambiance, perfect place to unwind and relax. The villa is suited for family and group of friends but can also be great for a couple wishing their own private space whilst having the independence to be able to do things at their own pace and leisure with all the comfort of a modern home.

The closest beach is 100 meters from the house Pointe-Aux-Sel beach, the beautiful Anse Royal beach 1.5km away (great family beach, safe all year round) and Intendance beach 12km away (stunning beach but be cautious during the southeast monsoon). There are lots of small beaches set in the lush wild greenery and wonderful mountain walks to explore in the south.
The Villa is a fantastic location with all of the south’s best beaches close by, the golf course is 4.4 km, Craft Village 2.8km, Takamaka Bay Rum distillery 2.5km, we have several excellent restaurants within the 2.5km radius such as Maison Marengo restaurants, La Grande Maison, La Plaine St Andre, Kafe Creol and la Dauphins Heureux Cafe restaurant.
We are 20 minutes from Victoria and 15 minutes from the airport. There is a fantastic supermarket Kumar Kumar 100meters from the house and a great little coffee shop next door Quickbites Coffee Shop with lovely pastries and sandwiches. There is also an ATM conveniently located next to Kumar Kumar. The bus stop is five minutes from the house, a very cheap way to get around. We can also organize a car hire if you wish. Anse Royal village approximately 2km away has all your amenities, bank, telephone company (cable and Wireless) fish and vegetable market.
