Comfortable apartment in two levels, after repair. Building materials and decor elements are environmentally friendly. In Lermontovsky Lane, near the sanatorium "Lermontovsky", buried in greenery, coniferous trees. In meters from the sea and the nearest beach. To the Dolphinarium "Nemo" 5m to Otrada beach, to the Musical Comedy Theater 50m. to Deribasovskaya 15 minutes, to the beach Arcadia 15 min. The second floor of a two-storey building. The car can be put both in the courtyard under the windows and near the guarded parking lot. The apartment has a sofa bed for two in the studio on the first floor. A large bed on the second floor.
